Not sure if the right place for this but to address a couple of things. The board crumbling could be in reference to a potential TV programme that can now be broadcast due to certain restrictions now being lifted. It’s all out there if you search hard enough. If broadcast then there would be major ramifications at board level and there would have to be a change.

It also leans into why Brady was rumoured to be leaving. Nothing to do with accounts, more to do with what’s coming and distancing herself.

Also, complete rumour I’ve heard is that Phillip Beard and PAI are back with an eye on a full takeover, starting with the Gold shares.

Hi Peter, seen that a some time ago, the whole thing revolves around Sullivan. It’s like the song, should I stay or should I go now.

If we are relegated, I’m sure there will be offers for the club, albeit at a hugely discounted price.

Sullivan is having a bad time in his property holdings, which may force his hand somewhat.

If we manage to stay up, there’s no way Sullivan will get anything like his valuation for the club.

Vanessa Gold hawked her shares everywhere. It’s believed the best offer she had was £175 m from an American hedge fund.

The multiplication of that values the club at £700 m, perhaps £800 m. That’s it, so it’s unlikely anyone’s offering more than that.

We need a change at the top, but owing to financial restrictions for whomever comes in, it will be no easy task making big changes at West Ham.

Thanks, Peter. ?

3.) 12 Mar 2026 22:00:55
I see the FAB minutes were released tonight and Brady conveniently left the room before the question was asked about rumours in the Sun newspaper. Under AOB is the question (earlier on it states Brady leaving the room at 8pm).

FAB Minutes

Hi Peter, do you have any idea what this potential TV program is or was to be called? Obviously, don't say if it could have ramifications.

Still, I am struggling to find out the exact nature of this alleged bombshell. Other sites have touched on it, but are still very cryptic.

I am not spending much time trawling through the net. My guess is it's not financially linked, and maybe another type of scandal? And, apart from money, there are not many other types of scandal.

5.) 13 Mar 2026 21:51:54
It's got zero to do with money, and can't really go into any other detail, to be honest. Try Twitter? The programme is a well-known documentary series that has been around for years.

It couldn't get released until recent events had occurred. Mind you, I expected it to be released by now. That's all I can really say. Whether you believe it or not is up to you.

6.) 14 Mar 2026 15:58:27
Cheers Peter, maybe I will have a look on Twitter, but I tend to avoid that pit of vipers.

7.) 14 Mar 2026 18:50:02
I agree, mate.

8.) 15 Mar 2026 06:04:05
Thankfully no need now. When at the game last night, during the "sack the board" singing, a few fellas started singing something else which virtually explained the possible allegations. After you said it was not linked to money, it only left one probable type of rumour, which it was.

My neighbour in the ground put a bit more meat on the bones. All quite grubby! Thanks for the heads up, I suppose it's a case of watch this space.

9.) 15 Mar 2026 10:26:10
I'm guessing it's only a matter of time before we have a change at the top.

Just to go further on what I said yesterday. David Gold got removed today as "a person with significant control of WH Holding Ltd" - the parent company of WHUFC. 3 years after he passed, bit strange timing.

Peter_WHU

1.) 19 Dec 2025 16:10:32
PETER! Much as I personally would like to see WH change hands for
The better
I would not lean too much on company resignations, Gold had. 37 different companies, in which he played a part, some are still very much active

All of those, have nothing to do with WH holdings, still if the Gold family have sold, can only be good news

More interesting, is to whom? And how much for?

This will dictate the value of the club overall, but only whilst we are in the premiership

2.) 19 Dec 2025 16:53:42
What are you on about you nutter? I haven’t mentioned his 37 other companies. I’m talking about his shares in West Ham will be changing hands. Now it is most likely to be to his daughter but the reason I mention it on a west ham rumour site is because I would assume people on this site would be interested because it could be linked to a potential takeover.

Are you always like this? Trying to prove anyone who has anything to say wrong? I mean sorry if you own this site but it seems very precious from you.

3.) 19 Dec 2025 17:20:08
Calling me a nutter! Makes you look like a complete idiot, all I did was to point out how many companies Mr Gold was involved in originally many still active, so there are no guarantees with any resignation from any companies

Not too worry, I.certainly won’t be involved with you, any further posts From you to me will be ignored

Please ignore my posts from now on

4.) 19 Dec 2025 19:51:45
Will do. I will just use NewsNow to get the same info you post. Thanks.

5.) 19 Dec 2025 21:00:32
Good luck with that!

6.) 19 Dec 2025 22:21:49
I thought you were ignoring me?

7.) 20 Dec 2025 12:11:07
Calm down, Pete. Bit of an over reaction there. I don't think joyful was having a pop at you.
Let's all just be nice eh? After all, it is christmas!

8.) 20 Dec 2025 14:33:01
Good will to all men. ?

9.) 20 Dec 2025 18:13:56
Unless your names Joyfull??Only joking mate honestly?Got to say bit aggressive from Peter, sorry Peter??⚒⚒⚒

10.) 20 Dec 2025 20:40:59

11.) 21 Dec 2025 18:17:28

Big rumour circulating that there will be some good news in January. It is thought that the Tripp smith consortium backed by either/both Mark Waters from Guggenheim Partners (wants out of Chelsea) and/or Woody Johnson are in the process of buying the Gold shares apparently "been with Lawyers for months since probate". They are also talking to Dk about his shares which would mean Tripp Smith shares plus the Gold shares plus the DK shares would mean they have control. Will see what happens in Jan I guess.

Could also be the last chance Sullivan gets anywhere near the value he wants before a possible relegation. The stadium is also open to being sold. Could be a very interesting couple of years.

Peter_WHU

1.) 18 Dec 2025 22:05:26
Hopefully that's true, with the right ownership and converting the stadium to a proper stadium we would be a force. Only have to look at what Villa and Newcastle have done in such a short space of time.

Sadly i think Sullivan will drag his heals in.

2.) 18 Dec 2025 23:13:30
Everything crossed for that one mate

3.) 19 Dec 2025 01:50:50
How old is Sullivan now? Surely time to hang up his boots so to speak and accept that he won't get much further with West Ham? He won't anything else so might as well polish that Euro Conference medal LOL

4.) 19 Dec 2025 08:42:37
Im not getting my hopes up because this is West Ham, but, the sooner it happens the better. i'd rather keep DK and buy Sullivans shares. Then go build our own stadium

5.) 19 Dec 2025 11:13:36
Let’s hope so Joyful, would an unexpected great start to 2026.
Not sure about DK, Mac. He is only interested in money or property. I know most who buy clubs are. But he has done a really poor job at Sparta Prague and the fans hate him.

6.) 19 Dec 2025 13:29:06
Hi mate. I’m not Joyful, please don’t confuse me with him.

7.) 19 Dec 2025 16:10:08
Apologies fella. So used to the main rumours coming from JF I didn’t fact check

8.) 19 Dec 2025 16:54:23
No problem what’s so ever mate!

18 Dec 2025 19:30:42
Conversations continue with Charlie Cresswell. We have also explored the possibility of loans deals with Brennan Johnson (they only want to sell) and Harvey Barnes.

Peter_WHU

1.) 19 Dec 2025 08:43:07
I'd have Harvey barnes

2.) 19 Dec 2025 09:52:53
Harvey Barnes has been pretty important for Newcastle this season not sure why he'd leave?

3.) 19 Dec 2025 11:57:24
Brennan Johnson ain’t too shabby. A bit of a Jonny on the spot and knows where the goal is.

4.) 19 Dec 2025 12:30:06
Harvey Barnes to WH, ? If WH want to pay £25 m plus maybe /, a loan No way, Newcastle, will loan him out
If they could be persuaded to do such a loan, they would want a £5 m loan fee, and a mandatory £25m purchase end of season fee

For both of those reasons PLUS, why would a valued member of Newcastle, squad, want to come to a relegation threatened club?

IF WH want to pay a huge loan fee, ( which they won’t ) offer the player 300k a week (which they won’t ) and offer a dry loan, so the player can return to Newcastle at seasons end ( which they won’t ), the. He might arrive

There are all the reasons why this is shall we say doubtful

5.) 19 Dec 2025 12:38:33
Players like. Brennan Johnson, are NOT coming to WH in their current predicament

UNLESS, it’s a dry loan, so he can return to Spurs, with big loan fee attached, why on earth would he want to come to WH?

COUPLED with that, WH would have to jump his salary to 200k plus a week, that isn’t going to happen either

WH are scraping the barrel, with players like Lingard and Thiago Silva, that's STATING where we are, sorry people don’t see this at all

6.) 19 Dec 2025 13:36:43
I haven’t offered an opinion on if I think they will happen or not and have no idea of the package that would make it happen let alone offer up what I know would make a player move. Which quite frankly none of us know but hey ho.

In trying to be nice joyful and not cause an argument, we can’t go for Elliot as you can’t play for three teams in the premiership in a season so whoever told you that is wrong.
