Quite what the attraction is i'm not sure BUT WH do seem to have an interest in AERON ESCADELL. The Oviedo Goalkeeper,
He's a cheap option, wether we stay up or take the drop
1.) 18 Feb 2026 10:20:28
Hopefully not another Roberto goalkeeper ?
2.) 18 Feb 2026 13:21:14
If we get relegated and Areola Leaves at end of season then I think Hermansen would be ok in the Championship ?
3.) 18 Feb 2026 16:34:57
I saw on another website we will be going after Harry Wilson from Fulham we have zero of that IMO
4.) 18 Feb 2026 17:17:32
Hammer, yeah agree entirely mate zero? What a player he is??don’t even know how they can make that up and expect people to take that in ????⚒⚒⚒⚒
5.) 18 Feb 2026 17:20:49
WH have 12 games to stave off the drop
IF and it’s a big IF, we can survive, there will be many changes
IF we drop, there will be many many changes, all round
SO whatever happens, expect change!
6.) 18 Feb 2026 18:35:17
Spot on Chelmsford. It was from one of the more reputable sites but still totally ridiculous. He will go to a big club which sadly isn’t us ?
7.) 18 Feb 2026 20:23:22
NOT quite nonsense
FIRST WH must survive, IF so they will be in a position to pay higher wages than most clubs, outside the top six, if he comes on a free transfer, which won’t be exact, y free, , but if your getting a £25 m player, for say £3 m including, signing on and agents fees
Then you can pay big wages, it’s a long shot, but circumstances could prevail, but at this time it’s about survival
WH know they MUST improve the squad wholesale, this can’t happen again
BUT first let’s survive
12 Feb 2026 22:32:10
BOCHUM, have contacted WH this-afternoon, re Callum Marshall
Basically they want to do a deal in advance, to keep the young WHstriker in Germany
No other details
1.) 13 Feb 2026 07:35:00
If we let this lad go, we are crazy.
2.) 13 Feb 2026 13:38:54
I see marshall as a bowen replacement on the RW in the long term, we got to start holding on to our youngsters
3.) 13 Feb 2026 19:11:06
Pablo could be out for a while, i'd bring him back he works hard like pablo and is quicker. See no reason marshall couldn't offer us something similar to Pablo espcially in a 2 up top. And we never replaced paqueta so one or 2 injuries snd we have to change completely.
Earthy shouldn't have gone either imo.
4.) 16 Feb 2026 23:28:09
None of the youngsters are ready. We saw that Saturday. Send them out on loan to experience championship or first division football.
12 Feb 2026 10:54:14
IF IF IF, WH can stay up, expect at least a few signings, that may be stating the obvious, but players are being earmarked, No question
Expect a three cornered fight, between Fulham, Villa, and WH for CHUCKUEZE, currently on loan at Fulham from AC Milan
Unbelievably it is Sullivan, who has agreed with Nuno, on this
Not of any value, obviously at present time, but, there seems to be a growing attitude, at WH, that this is not going to happen again, if we are fortunate.enough To get out of relegation, trouble
Although personally I'll believe it, when I see it I'm relaying what I'm hearing, it's nice to hear
11 Feb 2026 09:14:31
WH have he'd a conversation with RÜDIGER former Chelsea now Real Madrid Cb
He's a free agent, this summer although 32, still has plenty in the tank, wants to comeback to London
If we avoid the drop?, I wouldn't be shocked to see him turn up at WH, as he has personally ruled out ruled out Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs
Thought for another time maybe?
1.) 11 Feb 2026 15:14:43
If Real Madrid cancelled his contract could he not come now?
2.) 11 Feb 2026 17:50:54
Good call, but cannot see that unfortunately, he’s exactly what’s needed
3.) 12 Feb 2026 07:54:17
Real Madrid haven't actually cancelled his contract, but his contract expires at the end of this season. They would need to cancel his contract before he could join another club.
West Ham have a squad of 23 registered with the Premier League, and the maximum squad size is 25, so there are two squad spaces available. HOWEVER, we have a full quota of 16 foreign players, so could only sign and register homegrown players between now and the end of the season.
Despite having a number of injuries (torn meniscus, thigh and knee problems) over the last couple years, IF he were to be released by Real Madrid, Rudiger would be a solid signing until the end of the season for any club in the Premier League with a free foreign player registration spot in their squad. Sadly, that isn't West Ham.
05 Feb 2026 15:34:54
WH are putting together two lists, one is for new faces. Should we stay up
Another is for new faces, if we drop
I'm not privy to these lists, but three of the names on, the stayup" list, are the player just spoken about from Le Havre, Goretzka, from. Bayern. Who will be a free agent, and Matheus Martinelli, Dfm Fluminese
1.) 06 Feb 2026 09:18:24
Honestly i don't understand how we could be 'making a list' for the summer but then every window we leave it till last minute. Surely if you make a lost this early you then start the window quickly
2.) 06 Feb 2026 11:01:16
Its the west ham way. Make a list of 10 players in each position and keep bidding low, then when list runs out turn to free agents or cheap options at the last minute
3.) 06 Feb 2026 11:19:40
In my opinion only, hoping for the best, start preparing for the worst, in that event, there will be somany players leaving
Forward thinking might help a little, but different level and type of players required, for championship
4.) 06 Feb 2026 14:42:36
Nahhhh its not over with by any stretch of the imagination. Forest win tonight, Leeds form has dropped off, we beat Burnley and Leeds and its all to play for

14 Feb 2026 17:50:34
IM only preaching to the converted in. Most cases
But if we are fortunate enough to stay in the premiership
A boat load of these secondary players need to be shifted out
Some people like Kante, Orford having watched them Several times, I fail to see, the talent here
I always said we had a poor squad , that was obvious, But honestly, didn't realise just how poor it was
Now I do
1.) 14 Feb 2026 18:42:18
On the positive side, we won with a very poor display. Midfield couldn't hold on to the ball amd string any passes together, the play at the back was too slow and too many side to side passes, but, in the past we would have slipped up today. Through simple hard work we scraped through.
Let's move on and look forward to Bournemouth where we can't play any worse
2.) 14 Feb 2026 18:44:44
You are probably right. We all know the squad is nowhere near deep enough. But as others have stated should we really be playing 5 at the back against a 3rd tier team in relegation trouble.
We have seen how poor the main team are in that formation we constantly struggle to get the team attacking in numbers when playing in that formation.
If you Arne going to use that formation then it should be used as a 3 at the back and the wing backs play as wingers. But from what I heard on the radio we were mainly camped in our own half
3.) 15 Feb 2026 00:33:19
Squad is bad we all know that, the main thing today was not picking up any injuries. We didn't get out of second gear the first half, upped it a bit in the second. A lot of these players have never played with eachother before either. Orford everytime I've seen him looks head and shoulders above most at youth level.
4.) 16 Feb 2026 19:29:12
Good thing is Soucek Bowen Fernandes all rested
10 Feb 2026 22:52:40
What can you say so close to the whistle, but determination, spirit, hard work are all there, we don't have a £60 m forward we can throw on, , Nuno took off Bowen and Summerville with injury time to go, ok they looked exhausted
However should those two been on the field for our two late breakouts
I think we might have scored again, Wilson and Traore, weren't going to score
Anyway before the game a point against the leagues form team, we would have taken
So we are still in it with a chance, 12 games to go
1.) 10 Feb 2026 22:57:39
Threw away more points that's 20 from winning positions this season no where near good enough, we are supposedly inform at the moment but the gap will be 5 points again tomorrow night, keeping on like this will only result in relegation
2.) 10 Feb 2026 23:20:31
All correct, but I think, we have hit the ceiling! Performance wise, this is the max, we can get! , with this squad, Wether it’s enough, we don’t know?
Man United last Saturday, should have put 6/8 past spurs, how they didn’t is a mystery
On that basis, we did very well, we still have the same small chance
As you know I thought we were certain for relegation, but we can be proud they are giving it a real go, can’t ask for more
3.) 11 Feb 2026 07:47:01
Odd that we keep coming up against form teams. Another decent performance last night which we could easily have won
Perhaps if we stop complaining and reflect back to what a shower of rubbish we were and look how far we've come, then we might get a true idea of how far nuno has brought us.
Im really encouraged and fear more for Spurs who are in freefall.what a bloody shame
4.) 11 Feb 2026 09:03:20
Mac we've come so far that we've closed the gap from. 3 points when potter was sacked to 5 points after tonight when forest will beat wolves in terms of where we are we haven't gone anywhere, if we were in mid table we could sit back and say yes we were just a bit unlucky against a form side but at the end of the season this constant failure to see out games will cost us our place in the Premier league
As I said we are supposed to be in form at the moment but translate that to where we are in the league and it hasn't made any difference as we the gap remains the same
5.) 11 Feb 2026 09:07:40
Cant see where they pulled 7 minutes from, we had chances to kill the game off maybe would could have managed better at the end keeping the ball in the corner. There goal was a bit of ridiculous finish 9 times out of ten i don't think that goes in. Hooper had a bit of a stinker cost us the game against brighton also.
Players and Nuno have shown they are up for it, Shame the board didn't with that window.
6.) 11 Feb 2026 09:50:43
Like everyone else I’m sure, I was absolutely gutted last night and blamed the 7 minutes of extra time etc but in the cold light of day Utd were very unlucky that Casemeiros goal was inches offside so 1:1 was probably the fair result. I’m also going to take solace in the performance.
We nullified THE form side in PL and competed on equal terms in every department. We have a run of very winnable games and the home crowd were amazing last night. If we can maintain the form and the belief we can do a Houdini . COYI!
7.) 11 Feb 2026 09:57:09
Agree with that! I felt the ref would carry on playing , until Man Utd scored, I thought there maybe 4 minutes, 7 no way
Still it’s done, just have to carry on same way, it’s football, you never know
Until we get to the last 4/5 games, WH are still in it
07 Feb 2026 17:03:20
First half, better than second, clean sheet, that's a rarity
3 points.behind now, can we keep this up on Tuesday night
You never know?
Massively encouraging, gives confidence to the team
Back in with a chance now
1.) 07 Feb 2026 17:21:20
Joyfull, 1 swallow doesn't make a summer We are going to have to play a lot better than that Tuesday night. I can't remember their goalie having to make a save. Bowen was pretty ineffective again.
2.) 07 Feb 2026 18:00:08
All you can say is we have now given ourselves a chance
It’s also a matter of belief and confidence, we have some of that, now ……the top sides, in general are a-country mile ahead of us, we accept that, Earlier today, Man Utd, could have scored 6 against Spurs
It’s going to be very difficult to keep them out Can we score against them, I think we can It’s football, you never know, if we had played like this in the first 18 games, we wouldn’t be in this position. For sure
Other teams may yet get dragged into this, I’ve watched Spurs and Palace, I don’t think they are any better than WH,
They have 6 point advantage, which is a lot, but that’s it, so 13 games, to go, with a bit of luck, we can get amongst them
3.) 07 Feb 2026 19:55:38
Merc fair enough it was only Burnley and Tuesday will be really difficult to get any sort of result against the current form team since they ditched Amorin. But 1 swallow doesn’t make a summer? They have wine 4 out of the last 5. We’ve had 1 disastrous 30 minute period due to the managers poor substitutions, and arguably the best football we have played for years in the first half of that match.
We were dead and burried in December but have turned it around. Regardless of how we get on against Utd on Tuesday and Forest do against Wolves on Wednesday we are still in with a good chance of staying up. I couldn’t care less if Burnley had more shots than us. We managed the game properly for a change
4.) 07 Feb 2026 21:41:38
Spurs and Palace have some tough fixtures ahead of them as well. Both of them are struggling amd I doubt Thomas Frank will see out the season
What's for sure is we are playing with more confidence and scoring goals, if we can tighten up at the back we've got a chance.
I still maintain Nuno will do well next season. OK some dodgy decisions, but he was brave today and it paid off
03 Feb 2026 16:26:20
No point overprinting someone else's post and fair enough the writer has stated it's not wholly accurate and it iISNT
That is the wage differences, printed by C and H, from the transfer window
So there's quite a few mistakes, but we will leave it at that,
1.) 04 Feb 2026 13:06:28
What wage difference? Surely with all those players offloaded sullivan is quids in?
01 Feb 2026 10:28:43
WATERSHED MOMENT
Just before half time yesterday AWB came right through into-the penalty area, he's 15 yards from the goal, there's no obvious pass, (from where I am he's just to my right )
Just smash it low and hard at the goal: I felt 3-0 coming up,
He didn't ball rolled out of play
After that game went against us, That was the turning point
You can blame Nuno all you want, but could anyone, really do better, with this squad?
Look at Chelsea, their is just no comparison
Todibo out, WH are scrambling around for a CB, which should have been NUMBER ONE priority in the window
IF things are NOT-right at the top of the club, how can things go right on the field?
A win yesterday, we are in the race, now?the psychological effect may Finish us, and sometimes, you need some luck to go with it we are certainly not getting that, it was used up last season
After that defeat. It's going to be really hard to pick ourselves up,
1.) 01 Feb 2026 11:01:02
As poorly as our squad has been built, there were 4 subs that would have been a better option than Kilman.
We had chances to make it 3, even at 2-2 Todibo could have scored the winner. Fine margins went against us.
How has Mavro not been awared a free kick with their second goal? Clear forearm elbow to this face? Why do these decisions go against us but not for us? Bored of it, and now we get to watch the ref cam to see up close how sh*t they are. Summerville tackled clean right infront of the ref and he gave a free kick in a dangerous position.
2.) 01 Feb 2026 11:58:53
It will only be hard to pick ourselves up if the players play the “woe is me card”. For 60 minutes we battered one of the richest clubs in the World away at a ground we rarely get even a point from. Yes if Taty had scored or AWP or Fernandes when he shot at the keeper we would have (in all likelihood) been out of sight, but they didn’t and the minute Chelsea show a threat, Nuno referred to type (which I posted last week hoping that he wouldn’t) and went defensive. You are right in the problem primarily lies at the top as if we’d gone all out for a CB it might have been Cresswell being brought but it would still have altered a system that we’ve just started to play really well, mid game, which then threw everything into panicked chaos.
If he’d just swapped Pablo for Potts there would have been minimal change on the pitch and still remained an attacking threat. Nuno got it wrong, again, and needs to earn his money by taking the blame and ensuring the players don’t give up or forget about the very good things they’ve done in the last 270 minutes or so of PL football! COYI!
3.) 01 Feb 2026 13:07:26
Even though we dominated the first half, I think he should have started with Wilson up front and Taty just behind him in the number 10 position. Pablo is obviously not a Premiership player and should not be starting over Wilson. I would have started with Potts over Soucek who is another below par player.
And possibly Scarles over Diouf who cannot defend. Kilman should be nowhere near the bench, let alone the pitch, but now he’ll be starting through necessity. With Nuno and Sullivan in charge, the situation is dire.
4.) 01 Feb 2026 13:33:40
They say you learn by your mistakes. Clearly Nuno doesn't
5.) 01 Feb 2026 14:25:38
I don’t think it’s fair to single out one missed chance. A split second wrong decision when we have all the next day to reflect and analyse . There were a number of other chances missed, but every team in the league have that week in week out it’s called football.
Totally agree that the problem lies at the top and always has. I disagree also with what is any manager meant to do with these players. They showed the first half that we can play and entertain. Chelsea were poor first half but we were still good. The problem came from the change as most have said so the manager should take some stick for that and try and do things different.
As Dabber said he could still play more conservative by bringing on Potts and Magassa and I think that would have worked far better.
I don’t like scapegoating any player or individual but for the rest of the season it could be a disaster because of Todibo which is a real shame because he has been one shining light for most of the season. I bet the FA slap a bigger ban on him like they did for Kudus last year. It will be really difficult to recover from this but if they can show the first half endeavour then there is always a chance.
6.) 01 Feb 2026 15:22:23
I thought we were excellent 1st half yday. I felt exactly the same re that AWB chance but he didn't have the confidence to just lace it into the bottom corner. Taty had another great chance earlier in the 1st half.
Our manager is an issue now. We play well 45 mins but run out of steam and Nuno just decides we try and sit back. Our defence get caught continually by crosses into the box : QPR, Spurs, Sunderland, Chavski.
It's ridiculous really.
21 Feb 2026 18:24:57
Can’t agree on everything mate! Only my opinion
Her exit, if it happens? Will make little or no difference, to the running of the club, and in the end that’s the important thing for me
21 Feb 2026 13:09:29
Please bear in mind, she is only a mouthpiece, and representative of WH, ( albeit a very well paid one ) she has the tiniest of shareholding, insignificant, on paper
To be honest, I personally, can’t see what difference it would make, to the current set up, if she leaves? Although unlikely
The rest of your dreams, moving stadiums etc, don’t see this at all unless, something, presently unknown happens
There was nothing wrong with the bowl, when where having success in the conference cup, maybe we will see those days back again
18 Feb 2026 20:23:22
NOT quite nonsense

13 Feb 2026 18:16:22
I take it you are discussing Antonio, the player himself, closed the door, on his WH career, totally against the advise from his agent and family
WH were generous in their offer of £40 k a week, for one year, and then review the situation
Done in the knowledge, that he might never recover, his former abilities, and in the knowledge, that during that year, he may not make it back to first team duties, and so it proved
Also please bear in mind, that prior to his unfortunate accident, he had completely tailed off
To everybody’s astonishment, Antonio refused the WH offer, which was a bad choice, he wanted reinstatement at 85k a week for two year contract
Never going to happen, since then, Antonio has trained with a few clubs, Leicester, Gillingham, Colchester, maybe more, now with Charlton
Yes he was a cult hero, but remember he walked out on WH
WH did not walk out on him
21 Feb 2026 18:31:00
Don’t know about TV land, just keep going, if a. Chance, comes we must take it, we are playing ok
Can be a bit frustrating, for everybody, but there are no mug sides in the premiership
Need Lady Luck to be on our shoulders
17 Feb 2026 07:54:44
Brentford will be hard to beat, don’t believe otherwise
14 Feb 2026 14:19:31
Not one clear chance created in 90 minutes,
What this underlines is our squad is very poor
Outside of the first say15 players zero quality
All these people have had a chance to impress
Let’s hope we don’t get injuries
12 Feb 2026 17:28:50
Let’s be honest every game, for us from here on in, is a cup final, no point in saying otherwise, there are NO FREE HITS, no matter who we play
Bournemouth are in top form, it will be very difficult, but that’s where we are, WH have to concentrate on ourselves, and forget everything else
If we do that, we will have a chance
12 Feb 2026 15:15:20
Most of these should start, can’t see why not?
