Everton and West Ham weigh up Igamane 'gamble' apparently. It's been suggested that Soucek plus cash swap deal could work?
1.) 17 Jun 2025 08:43:56
So, if I read that right, West Ham are weighing up whether to give Soucek (a proven Premiership player, albeit he doesn't set the world alight) and weaken our midfield even further, for Igamane who they think is a risk?
Don't see it
2.) 17 Jun 2025 09:47:44
WH are currently the most Inactive club in premier league, their actual positives in the window so far are zero, they need to-get very busy, very soon, i'm away for a week, will try to come on now and again, back soon Joyful
3.) 17 Jun 2025 09:51:38
Im not convinced he’d be good enough Mac
4.) 17 Jun 2025 10:14:19
Don’t.like the thought of Soucek going, Moyes would snap him up! Lots of clubs wait as long as possible to save getting ripped off! I’m almost passed caring about transfers as what will be will be! ⚒⚒⚒⚒⚒
5.) 17 Jun 2025 10:37:11
I know nothing about him or Maeda but apparently we are after him aswell but then again who aren't we linked with lol
I can see us going for DCL and players like him because they cost nothing.
The fact he is always injured doesn't bother us and yet, look what happened with Fulkrug and Summerville. I reckon Sullivan doesn't want to splash out like last window for Potter to fall flat on his ass!
6.) 17 Jun 2025 17:25:31
Our midfield is the slowest in the premier league and soucek is a main part of that if people think soucek is a starter for next season are deluded imo all he's good for is putting on in the last 15 mins and tell him to go and cause havoc in the box, he's pedestrian to be polite same as JWP if we are going to improve then definitely JWP has to go and I'm afraid I'd try and cash in on SOUCEK as well, we have to get away from these players we are crying out for 2 athletes in midfield and ball winners that can protect our back 4 as they are being exposed so many times in games it's far too easy to bypass our midfield its laughable and puts far too much pressure on them.COYI
7.) 17 Jun 2025 22:18:36
Totally agree Whorya
8.) 18 Jun 2025 10:33:42
Spot on Whorya, but can you honestly see Harry Potter getting rid of JWP? I also have doubts he’d let Soucek go, but he may have no choice.
9.) 18 Jun 2025 13:51:31
If Potter’s waiting for JWP to score from a free kick, it’s going to be a long season.
05 Jun 2025 10:02:05
And it's now confirmed as I suspected, west ham want the money for Kudus not players at this time!@
1.) 05 Jun 2025 10:33:48
To be Fair Phil swap deals hardly ever happen too many things need to align to make it happen
2.) 05 Jun 2025 12:05:38
Am I being cynical if I say that looks like Sullivan and Brady are more interested in their pockets than doing what’s best for the club?
3.) 05 Jun 2025 12:57:45
I believe you are not cynical, and the vast majority of fans would agree with you whilst Sullivan Of course wants his club to do well, it’s obvious he regards it as a cash machine, it’s difficult for anybody to make a case otherwise,
4.) 05 Jun 2025 13:09:44
I think they've always done that, I'm no potter fan but let's face it he isn't going to get the players he wants in he will get a load of cheap cast offs, which is setting him up to fail there was no point in us moving from our spiritual home to the soulless bowl as we now have to endure the we are skint rhetoric
22 May 2025 13:34:51
Your right Joyful. WEST HAM are considering, mulling and pondering over at least 25 strikers now and preparing bids for at least 15 more.
Controversial but, I'm glad soucek is on his way. Apart from the odd goal he offers nothing. No tackling, can't pass, has no legs
1.) 22 May 2025 17:05:09
Where did you read that Mac3, I disagree that he offers nothing, he is a strange player I will give you that. This year his passing has vastly improved and without his goals, blocks etc we would be relegated. Not sure the way Potter plays that he should be first choice but definitely the player you want to bring on when needing a goal or defending a slim lead.
2.) 22 May 2025 18:23:09
Why get rid of Soucek, he’d be a great squad player next season, only Wan Bissaka and Bowen are in front of him this season.
3.) 22 May 2025 18:46:48
I can't see soucek going, potter has already said he wants to keep him and he's had a decent season this year to be fair and we can't replace everyone
19 May 2025 09:10:19
Apparently we are CLOSE to submitting a bid for Valetin Castellanos along with half the Premier league. How on earth can we say "we are close"? How bloody close or is it just more mulling pondering considering. Oddly, rumour has it we also considering a bid for burkhart? How much more preparing considering?
07 Apr 2025 05:29:10
Banzuzi on his way to RB Leipzig in the summer?
1.) 07 Apr 2025 08:03:06
He was never coming to WH, only one bid was ever made. around 12.5 m euros, and not improved on despite ITKs talk, WH were told 16.m euros was ground floor, WH walked, and subsequently he’s off to Germany for, guess what? 16.5 m euros . Wether that was a good move or not by WH, will be revealed, next season

Anybody else had a text from the club about "still time to secure season tickets for next season" or is it SPAM?
1.) 18 Jun 2025 06:44:02
I haven’t but I renewed early so I could move.
15 Jun 2025 15:05:43
Lots of "west ham in talks with" again today. I'm curious to know who is it that's doing our talking cause they are useless
And instead of talking try buying.
this about sums us up "Calvert Lewin"!
1.) 15 Jun 2025 17:10:15
Everyone journo alive but not West Ham, that is who. 99.9% of what you read is absolute made up crap. Wait till they are photographed wearing the shirt.
2.) 15 Jun 2025 18:15:28
latest name to be disappearing fast from Kyle Macaulay’s wish list is, apparently, Southamptons England International defender Taylor Harwood Bellis who we were extremely interested in and odds on to sign.Reports today suggest we are set to lose out to mighty Burnley:
3.) 15 Jun 2025 18:18:50
I definitely don’t think it has been Sully as by all accounts he has spent the last few weeks on his yacht.
4.) 15 Jun 2025 19:42:59
That's typical of how this club is run by clowns
5.) 16 Jun 2025 17:59:32
Don't you love a farce? My fault, I fear
I thought that you'd want what I want, sorry, my dear
But where are the clowns? Send in the clowns
Don't bother, they're here.
Lyrics from send in the clowns. Quite appropriate??
6.) 17 Jun 2025 14:44:27
Clowns to the left of me…
10 Jun 2025 06:22:21
What makes me laugh is all these players like Frendrup will go to other teams for £10-£20m and then in 2 years when they shine we will want them for £60m. Ludicrous
1.) 11 Jun 2025 09:01:49
Agreed. But the trouble is we don't have the money to make punts at 10 to 20m that don't work, so go looking for 'sure things'.and prime time 'sure things' cost 40m+.so we go looking for former sure things that are 'proven' and have a couple years in the tank left.
Ageing, no resale, high wages. And repeat.
So we scout the 'next talent', hope to get them for what we consider 'punt money' (5-8m), baulk at it when that price rises, and then end up back in the usual market for ageing proven former stars.
It's not by accident that cycle repeats over and over.
2.) 11 Jun 2025 09:02:33
.and we won't want him for 60m.we'll want him for 25-30m, and he priced out at 60m.
3.) 11 Jun 2025 11:36:34
Firstly, I want to make it clear that I take no pleasure whatever posting to deride the club I support, I just relay what I hear, two-shall we say minor conversations happened this week, which I think underlines the present situation, I suppose they don’t mean much in context, as the main window starts. On Monday, when the big boss will be back at the head, leading us to pastures anew, so we shall all await, with baited breath the many new players being signed on his return, going forward, , IF a few people want to know, what was said I will post, but unfortunately they underline where we are? Doesn’t give me any pleasure
4.) 11 Jun 2025 12:31:15
I suppose it depends on between who the conversations were between. ?
5.) 11 Jun 2025 13:31:06
First call to Brentford re Daamsgaard, WH enquire is he available for transfer circa 17.5 m Met with subdued humour, as WH told Spurs now with Thomas Frank, and other clubs are in talks around 28/ 30 m! Call to Leipzig re Cb Bashuiba, offer 12 m euro around 10 m, Player just signed new contract valued at 25/30 euro! German club thought offer was plain silly, WH offered Egan Riley, the free agent ex Burnley, virtually same money he’s was on at Burnley, plus a few bits, WH were very keen, player thinks about it, looks to Strasbourg first then Marseille, who offer more, money and longer contract, Looks to me WH out of touch, this is no way to do business, if you havnt got the money no problem , then don’t embarrass yourself, apparently big meeting next week, the whole transfer direction needs sorting out,
6.) 11 Jun 2025 15:01:58
The whole club needs sorting out. It's the usual transfer strategy nothings changed and when one of the owners and the manager go on holiday something is amiss!
Why is it all these other clubs have already made strides to.improve themselves and they are a long way ahead of us.
It's OK, let them carry on and then when we get relegated we know who to blame
7.) 11 Jun 2025 19:18:24
You are totally right Phil. There is no strategy, whatever transfer targets have been identified talks, sounding clubs out should have been done long before the window opened June 1st
We all agree or disagree about the standard of our managers but they all have one thing in common. The constant meddling of Sullivan and Brady. 2 people with absolutely no football knowledge and from my slightly ignorant position no business acumen either
8.) 11 Jun 2025 19:32:09
"BIG MEETING NEXT WEEK" hopefully to sell the club.
Transfers should have been discussed long ago. A typical example of how to.poorly run a football club. It's OK, it will still be our club long after Sullivan and Co have gone
04 Jun 2025 11:43:08
Kudus/Sancho swap deal involving other Chelsea players such as Sanchez and Dewsbury-Hall? Personally, I like the idea as its a win win. Kudus has lost interest here and if we can get Sancho and get him playing like he did at dortmund it's a great deal.
Throw in Dewsbury-Hall and maybe Chalobah and or Chukwuemeka and Sanchez.
If Chelsea want him that badly (and we know they are trying to trim the squad) then propose a suitable deal for all parties
1.) 04 Jun 2025 12:14:07
I thought Sancho was still a Man U player on loan at Chelsea he's also on £300k a week so can't see him coming to West Ham
2.) 04 Jun 2025 16:11:52
Player exchange deal with Chelsea for Mohamed Kudus could work for all parties. They want to trim their squad and Kudus seems uninterested like you say Mac3.
Personally, I would consider any two or three of the following in exchange:
GK - Djordje Petrovic - he is an absolute beast
CB - Trevoh Chalobah
CM - Andrey Santos - he is exactly the kind of player we should be going for
CM - Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
W - Noni Madueke - given a consistent run in the first team, he would be awesome for us
I'd previously have said yes to Carney Chukwuemeka, but he had a fairly poor loan period at Dortmund.
Devling in to the realms of fantasy, offering Chelsea Kudus and cash in exchange for all those players would solve a lot of issues for us.
3.) 04 Jun 2025 18:29:30
Absolutely agree and in one fell swoop would fix a lot of our issues. We all know fine well we won't go for it cause sullivan wants the money
I also read with interest we turned our nose up at Stassin?
03 Jun 2025 07:53:37
Kvistgaarden will go celtic for £12m, set the league on fire and we will try and buy him in 2 or 3 years for £30m and he will go to Milan
17 Jun 2025 10:37:11
I know nothing about him or Maeda but apparently we are after him aswell but then again who aren't we linked with lol
I can see us going for DCL and players like him because they cost nothing.

17 Jun 2025 07:44:54
Seems a bit of a theme is starting to develop in this window where we identify potential targets and then whilst we have a ponder, mulling, consider, dither other teams jump ahead of us. BOJANG now heavily linked with Everton, onyedika to Everton.
15 Jun 2025 12:17:11
The story of the window i'm afraid. Fast approaching is going to be one of the most competitive premier leagues in years and we dither
I must admit I'm losing all confidence in this board. There is always some excuse.
I hear celtic want Irvine? Why then don't we give them Irvine and some cash for Maeda?
Why are our board not thinking along those lines? Chelsea know we want some of their players so why do we ponder and mess about. Pre window everything sounded so hopeful and yes, it's just the start, but, this is already sounding like every other window
14 Jun 2025 08:11:47
Isn't this the usual West Ham way where we agree terms with the player and then make daft bids to the club and if course the saga draws on and on?
13 Jun 2025 19:35:58
Just out of interest what happened to Raphael Onyedika who we had apparently agreed terms with but then all of a sudden, nothing!
18 Jun 2025 18:24:53
None because we will leave it that late they won't be match fit, usual scenario
18 Jun 2025 16:28:13
Gentleman's agreement with Chelsea for Petrovic if I read right
15 Jun 2025 19:42:59
That's typical of how this club is run by clowns
15 Jun 2025 18:15:28

15 Jun 2025 12:21:29
It's the way our board work for some reason. We love to leave it yo the last week, panic buy and then end up with wrong players hence why we are in this mess.
If what I've heard about PSR is true (which i doubt), it seems we can't buy until we sell and Potter will only get 75% of the funds available. Worrying thing for me is that we've sold nobody?
