Apparently Nuno had bad feelings with orford as well so effectively shut out four players, whom he would only play under duress Alvarez Magassa Areola orford, so that's now passed
Let's see how this evolves, Parker watched us last Saturday, let's see what he does, what's he going to change in 24 hours ?

Nuno has had 13 months. Potter and LOP had alot less
If we were in premier league he'd be toast.
His only saving grace is with this squad there are more winnable games which paper over the cracks.
I wonder if Bellamy got the nod, who would be his backroom team? Most certainly James Collins.

He likes attacking footie and sets his teams up well.

I wouldn't mind Frank but one word of caution is I've got a few mates who are spurs fans and they all said he was too pragmatic and dull. It was a case of don't lose rather than go out and win.
I think we've got to such a state that virtually anyone would be better than this. More results like yesterday and Steve cooper and Sean Dyche might seem palatable. Let's hope it doesn't get that bad.

Phill your point about us being prem and he'd be gone. we were in prem last year and they kept him, his negative tactics cost us a place in the prem ( not on its own but were a big contributing factor tor) if they had the backbone and got rud like spurs did who knows we could still be there? Certainly wouldn't be any worse off.

Thomas frank plays boring football. He benefited from brentfords recruitment much like how potter benefited from Brightons.
Give us an attacking manager sick of boring defensive, passive dull football. Imagine how the players must feel if we are sick of it, one boring manager after another.
Let bowen, austbo, kante. Mukasa, solomon, off the leash we might actually start blowing teams away and putting a run together that may catch top 2 or maybe we could bore away to playoffs under Nuno.

Total silence the day after a disaster at home, but are we surprised
If, and when anything gets done, which I doubt will be before new year at the earliest, id like to see us go for Thomas Frank, Kieran McKenna or Craig Bailey
Forget Eddie howe or Parker
Get new manager and hand him. the reigns of the club like Arteta, Emery etc.

What's coming could be the most significant decision, in the last dozen years, to stay in this division is economic disaster for WH
As a club WH are not economically designed for championship football, the whole set up is premier league, it's pointless at this stage going through all the figures, as to where we would be staying in the championship, it makes unpleasant reading
Double edged sword here if we get too far behind the leaders we won't make it up, on the other hand, Nuno will be given these two away games Wednesday and Saturday to sort it out, lose these and he will be gone without an instant replacement
Could WH then make up the gap of course in theory yes with volume of games, but then it's relying on others to fail, they will not win every game, but it's not a good policy to follow
Whomever comes in will have to hit the ground running, and keep winning, very difficult but at the top there's no room for excuses so the managerial decision is a very serious choice.

It's like ‘the blind leading the blind' this rubbish about 2 more games to get it right sums up Nuno's tenure. The board don't Look at it in the round. We go on a decent run then we have 2 London Derby's that if we win will be a major statement, but we capitulate and play terrible and get away with 2 draws. We then get the warning if he loses the next 2 he will be in trouble, low and behold we win the next 2 then we need to kick on by playing 2 of the better sides but at home and sure as eggs are eggs we lose both insipidly now we get another 2 game warning, it's ridiculous in this decision we should be winning 80% of our games and not really losing hardly any.
But what hope have we got with these fools in charge of hiring another boring loser like the last 3 or 4 managers.

I want to see us get a manager that aggressively presses teams. Howe did it at Newcastle, but i doubt he would come.
Usually all the best teams press high, and smother teams. Thats how we need to play off the ball if we want to win the league, Nuno is the opposite.
Anytime we have put a half decent press on a team in the championship they panic and give it away.
I watched yesterday, there was a moment where we were quite high they had one player free in the middle he was the only option for them to play out or go long, instead of Mukasa cutting the pass off he jogged back into his shape. They play it easily into the midfield and 3 of our attackers taken out of the game. Now for me thats nunos tactics, boring mid block.
Long way to go but the signs have been there we scraped some results people were saying its good playing badly and still winning but really i think lot of the games we were lucky and the opposition didnt have the quality to take advantage.
Nuno playing like we are in a relegation battle cant draw our way to winning the league unfortuantely now those performances that scraped us draws are turning into losses.

Nuno is wasting the season Bowen has given us in the championship.
Whats happened to Magassa? He was about to be subbed on a few games back and not seen him since another one Nuno has fallen out with?
Team at times has been screaming out for a ball winner but Alvarez, Magassa and Orford cant get a look in but soucek walks back into the team. Lazy management paid millions but just chuck soucek in dw about team cohesion patterns of play, moving the ball quickly we will just chuck soucek in as he might come up with goal despite being a complete detriment to the teams overall play. Not the first manager to do it, lazy, incompetent and dull.

Hammaer7580, I do actually believe the rumour but I think it is a bit of a sideshow. I reckon it is the board doing it but have no real intention to replace him at the moment. I think it is their way of getting the message to Nuno you better buck your ideas up.
And if we do go on a bad run of results then they may actually trigger. But that pleases hardly anyone. They may think it will get the fans on board but I doubt it, as most have said he may be better but if promoted I can't see him cutting it.
Well, that's my theory anyway.

I can't see how we can continue to play Kilman, as it stands Morata should play Cb, scarles lb I originally thought Kilman would be ok at this level, but he's not even championship level
Kwp is poor I think Nuno after injury must play Veltman Not that mavropanos doesn't make mistakes, but he makes up for it one way or another.

This next game v WBA is key for various reasons. Lose and it derails the decent start to our season and fingers will point and blame game will start

I think Mayers plays as a CB in the youth team even though whenever he has played for the first team Nuno plays him at LB. He hasn't struck me as being great but at the same time he doesn't do too much wrong.

I think its a pointless conversation joyful. We all know the board will do nothing. At most they "might" have a conversation with him. He will promise its a blip and he can do better and they will swallow it
We need a manager with fire in his belly. One who will shake things up and who knows what the fans and club expect.
