Parker is still relatively young in managerial terms. Whilst some say his style lacks lustre, he will come in and do the necessary. It will be interesting to see who he brings in in the Jan window (assuming he’s been told there’s money to spend). We need at least two decent defenders and a central striker of the Ashton/Carroll ilk to terrorise opposition defences.

Irrespective of the views of those of who can't see what Nuno sees about Pablo, he will continue to play him as long as he keeps seeing whatever it is in training.
Another thought, though. With neither Taty, nor Piroe pulling up trees, if we are still solidly top two for the Jan window, decent, ambitious forwards elsewhere might see a quick route to the Premiership if they come to us then.

Whether or not Magassa and Alvarez are in the team/match day squad, will tell us a lot about Nuno's views on them.
I'd play them both is they're fit enough.
If they're non starters henceforth, their sale value will plummet.

Magassa has spoken at length to Nuno and apart from his injuries will be integrated into the squad, he also sent an apology to WH board for trying to organise his own transfer
Alvarez although conversations have taken place, seems still wanting to leave, no problem let him go, with an acceptable offer, as you know nothing came near that figure, however it's pointless giving him 50 k week for nothing

I think many posters go by what they see and (to a certain extent what they read elsewhere).
I see this site as a venue for opinions and those range widely. Sometimes opinions cause discussion, or are disputed more vigorously, but I don't take it to heart.
After all, I'm sure we all together in wanting success for the club. Even though we might differ in how we think we can get there.

We have 14 points from our last 6 games which is the best in the league. As frustrating as the last game was, we mustn't get caught up too much on the negatives of one performance. Similarly, whilst that 6:0 was great fun, that ain't gonna happen every week.

I didn't see today's game, but kept an eye on the score as it went along.
Sounds like we were lucky to get away with a draw and that Kante and Pablo made the difference.
We will need every individual in the squad to make a difference when needed.
Bearing in mind our start to the season I'm happy with where we are now, but there's so much work still to do.

I didn't see it either Markro, had the joy of a 2 hour drive to Heathrow and then a 2 hour drive back.
Seen the comments on here and in other places sounds like the 1st half was a disgrace but to get back to 2.2 ain't bad. When Man U or Arsenal play bad but still get something out of the game they are praised as showing grit. So I will take it.
I've seen some highlights and it seems as Robbo said Pablo played well and even though he was at fault for the player going through on goal and got himself sent off, I thought Kante looked good from what I saw.

If Man United miss out on Europe by 1 point, or City qualify for Europe because of those 2 extra points (it would have been a draw without the Var intervention). there will be huge financial implications for certain clubs.

Agree. Huge money raised, but not much spent has eased a lot of pressure on the financial state of the club. The wages bill has dropped radically. Fernandes and Summerville were always going to go once we were demoted, but the club negotiated far better deals than we have in the past.
Deadweights/dressing room negatives have been shipped out (for this season at least).
Incoming players are a blend of experience and youth. Loan deals are a temporary fix, but are cheap.
I think all of the new players have good potential and our youngsters' performances have been highly encouraging so far.
In terms of the latest signings, the proof is in the pudding.
I continue to be optimistic.

As long as the team keeps scoring enough to win games, I don't mind where they come from. Pablo won the ball back which led to today's goal. The fact that our three forwards are getting chances is encouraging, though of course, I'd like to see them putting a few away. All three have scored in the league so far and I'm sure they will all score more.
We have the most points in the league over the past 6 games.
As of now, I'm not in the least concerned about next season. Let's get it right this season.
