What about John Stones, he’s without a club by all accounts, could be a shout ?♂️
What do you guys think?
1.) 06 Jul 2026 08:43:40
I think it might be worth a one-season contract. I know he is now injured a hell of a lot, but he is a quality player, and you never know, he might be able to teach Killman how to defend.
2.) 06 Jul 2026 09:08:06
Can you honestly see him leaving a European powerhouse after playing in a World Cup to come to the Championship on about 30k a week?
3.) 06 Jul 2026 10:06:02
His contract is up, and City won't renew. He must see his career is coming to an end. We did get Zabaleta at a similar time in his career, although Zabaleta did not have as bad, or any, injury issues.
4.) 06 Jul 2026 10:38:29
Also, we were a Premier League club. If he stays in England, a Premier League team will take a punt on him for sure.
31 Aug 2025 17:11:46
Are we getting a defender in? What's the crack with cresswell?
1.) 31 Aug 2025 19:55:30
All waiting to see what happens tomorrow
2.) 31 Aug 2025 21:29:29
Please Cresswell and not Harwood-Bellis, one scored at the weekend, the other was relegated, with a large number of our other signings. We are West Ham not Southampton 2.0
30 Aug 2025 10:21:38
Tell me there's no truth in morinhio being our next manager (or however you spell it) just seen on transfer rumour site that he's favourite, got to be a joke surely.
1.) 30 Aug 2025 10:39:56
I hope so, or another disaster beckons
2.) 30 Aug 2025 10:42:49
More than likely Forest if Santo gets the bullet
3.) 30 Aug 2025 10:46:39
Biggest WH joke is Potter,
4.) 30 Aug 2025 11:05:21
I wouldn’t bet against it, although don’t think Sully would enjoy working with such a strong character. Wouldn’t rule out a deal to the end of season to see how they get on, similar to Moysie’s deal
5.) 30 Aug 2025 11:28:11
Oh God, please no.
6.) 30 Aug 2025 11:30:52
Would you take santo?
7.) 30 Aug 2025 12:18:50
I would take Santo but don’t think it would be a long term appointment. He would be the best of a bad bunch mentioned so far. I would like to see Posticoglu but could also see that ending bad with our current squad. I and others have mentioned Xavi which be great but I can’t see him wanting to come
8.) 30 Aug 2025 12:58:59
Poach Will Still. His blood is claret and blue.
18 Jul 2025 11:44:28
Talk going around about grealish being a real possibility. I know this will probs get shot down people who no more than me, but just saying what I've read
1.) 18 Jul 2025 12:33:46
NO I’m not going to shoot it down, per se, I just don’t see how it’s funded, WH at present have around 480 k a week spare for. Wages, after taking WP and Diouf into account, if WH take Grealish, even assuming M City waive the loan fee, and pay young Jack 290 k a week, it leaves WH with 190/200 k a week in balance to cover all other future incomings, midfielders, striker etc, of course others may be moved on and their wages saved, but at present, without a Man City subsidy, just doesn’t stack up, doesn’t sit right,
26 May 2025 11:28:47
Just read that West Ham are interested in Jack Grealish to replace Paquetá. My god let this be true, a lot of people don't like the guy but personally I think he's a top player. He should never have gone to city in my eyes, now I have no idea if the rumour is true and I will probably get shot down by people who know far more than me, but for me I would love to see this happen.
1.) 26 May 2025 12:43:50
I can’t see Grealish wanting to come to us to play for Potter, he’d probably go back to Villa.
If we did manage to buy him at least that would mean it might be us that get the free kicks from him constantly throwing himself on the floor from the slightest of touches from a defender. That is probably why pep doesn’t play him. He has a lot of talent for sure but that side of his game does really let's him down.
2.) 26 May 2025 16:17:05
He would blow our wage structure out of the water.
3.) 26 May 2025 19:18:56
I’ve also heard it could be a loan which would be better financially, why shouldn’t we be a little ambitious, he wants to get back into the England squad so wants to play for a team that will play him.

We must be due some.
Good news regards transfers coming sometime soon coz this is depressing lol.
1.) 03 Aug 2026 09:09:37
I wouldn't hold your breath Whitby, I think the Staveley bid has stopped any transfers for now, Kretensky has been gazumped, which means he won't invest, which means there's no money for transfers. Hopefully there are some loans, like Saloman from Spurs, available.
2.) 03 Aug 2026 09:34:56
I think you will see if Kretinski really has our club at heart or not, because he can either usurp Staveley by buying those shares, or buy some of them immediately, or say he is not interested so they do not have to wait a month, imo, the guy is a fraud; he is an on-paper billionaire, all those billions are in property or companies, and he probably does not have the sorts of money readily available.
He could have ended all this earlier by buying the shares, but he didn't.
3.) 03 Aug 2026 10:25:45
The reason he didn't is Vanessa Gold decided after the agreement was made that she wanted to sell all the shares in one go. At the time DK only wanted to purchase 16% of the 25%. That's why this Staveley bird has stepped in.
Hopefully, DK will decide to purchase all of them, as, strictly speaking, as soon as he buys the 25% he could then sell the 9% if he doesn't want them all.
4.) 03 Aug 2026 10:29:47
So why didn't he do it earlier. He's had nearly 2 months.
5.) 03 Aug 2026 10:48:39
Whether Irons, be Krentensky dithering, Staveley bid or Sullivan trying to manipulate things in the background, it's definitely hampering our transfer business.
6.) 03 Aug 2026 17:53:24
The reason he didn't, Hammer D, is these things take time to go through. After agreeing to sell some of the shares to DK, the Gold family decided they wanted to sell all their shares rather than keep some. That is where the Staveley bird comes in. They want to buy all of Gold's shares, and, I guess, some or all of Sully's, so they are the major shareholders.
DK now has the option of buying the shares at the same price that has been agreed. I can see him buying them, as I can't see 2 different investment companies wanting to buy the same club. But we will have to see.
27 Jul 2026 17:04:20
Just read that Crystal Palace athletic stadium is getting a £130 million refit.
1.) 27 Jul 2026 18:45:21
Maybe time to cover the athletic track, make a big difference to WH.
11 Feb 2026 09:32:38
The only thing I can say is where did they get 7 mins from, there was the VAR for the offside and that was it. Team looks far better far more confident, I was buzzing with Wilson's turn of pace when ran the length of the half.
I know we were under a lot of pressure for the last 15, but the lads didn't deserve that loss. My father in law went down without me last night and took his mate on my ticket, he said atmosphere was bouncing second half.
01 Feb 2026 09:30:04
Just watched MOTD this morning we looked good going forward with the few clips they showed of us, but how deep we were after 2-1 was a joke. Ma rip Amos for the first was at fault he looked at the scorer and left him for the cross, but nuno how can u think u can just ram a load of defensive players on and hold.
He's done it too many times now, he's cost us so may points. We need to bring a couple of defenders in 100%. Kilman is shocking, mavripanos is full of mistakes
12 Jan 2026 10:21:35
I've said it so many times, I love Bowen, who doesn't, but a captain he ain't, club captain yes maybe, team captain no. Whe QPR scored the camera went to him as we were setting to kick off and nothing if it was me or any of you, you would getting into the lads or encouragement or both, but nothing because he's not that type of character, and not only that I think it's not helping his game, he looked knackered towards the end of the 90, I feel a burnout out coming on and then we will be screwed. You need someone, 1. That can see the game from deeper, like a sitting midfielder or CB, and 2. Someone with influence, grit and someone that will tear a strip of you or give it to you but at the same time respect you.
Don't get me wrong I'm not a pro player but I've played locally from 16 - 34 in the blokes leagues round where we are, I played for three clubs and each one had a captain like what I just said it should be, and I would play my heart out for him, u til I got to about 26 at the last club I played at, when they made me captain and I was a bit like Bowen, and I learned that u can't be, u have to be vocal u have to be harsh.
You have to encourage, but I had a few older heads with me and that was the key for me. I know it's sounds daft but it's probably the same for loads of others who have been there growing up. Players crumble under the pressure of playing their game and leading the team, some are born with it some adapt and overcome it, unfortunately some don't get it and it ruins them. I know the next question at me is well who else is there? Well I don't really know, and the only one I can think of is souchek but we all know there's better players that should start before him. Going back a couple of seasons, we should have kept him and it should have been Dawson if he still had it in him. But for Bowen sake we need to find another captain. Long post and sorry for it. ⚒️⚒️
1.) 12 Jan 2026 13:23:38
I watched Soucek yesterday. He played well and encouraged his teammates. He is captain material and if he’s still with us, if we are in the Championship, he gets my vote for the captaincy. The big and insurmountable problem with him is that he is obviously not a Premiership player. He’s just not good enough. Yesterday was proof of him being at Championship level at best.

Wrexham look very good from what ive seen, much quicker and fitter than us anyway.
Mate, it's nothing personal. It's a joke. I think we all need some news, lol. Sorry it sounded that way.
26 Jun 2026 15:49:10
Mate, can you give us news that's happening rather than not, it's all doom and gloom, man. ??
09 Mar 2026 23:13:33
Troy Parrott all day long. It's my mate's cousin, he's bagged on about him for a few years now.
24 Sep 2025 20:58:18
I’ve read that there’s an emergency meeting today/tonight

Pablo is poor. See how he goes this year, but if we go up he has to go. Just walking pace isn't good enough anymore. I think there's potential for Kante to do well. Lamadrid seems a good player. I personally thought Bowen was poor. Listen, it's pre season, a couple of weeks to go. I mean we need some signings. Timing in.
24 Jul 2026 18:34:40
Yeah, I'm totally in agreement. I too was unsure about renewing, but still made the decision to do so. Then the news of Sullivan, the troll, dropped, and I was all in. Being from North Yorkshire, getting to every game with my shift pattern is impossible, but I will 100% be going to as many as I can.
Only had the pleasure of watching West Ham away at Boro and Leeds coz they're 35 and 55 miles from me, but I am defo gonna try n get some away games in this time round, work permitting. ⚒️⚒️⚒️
14 Jul 2026 21:00:30
In a heartbeat, mate, he's a great player.
26 May 2026 17:01:48
I think we could get more for certain players if we hold our nerve, but if this list all sold we would be screwed.
20 Feb 2026 18:00:44
Seems to me it’s always him, is it possible that the guy instigates stuff and brings it on himself, don’t get me wrong if it is indeed a racial slur then I’m 1000% against it, but let’s be real he’s not the money honest player and he has some massively rubbishhouse tactics for time wasting and stuff.
