After the red cards & being unable to score we were awful so I decided to turn off in frustration!
Then I saw Mavro scored with another great header so I watched it from then 👍
I never analyse on players apart from whether they play good or bad imo, but as you say Brooking you can't complain about 6 goals even against 9 men away from home! ⚒⚒⚒⚒.

Solomon and Engels were poor as was Pablo. Sometimes playing against 10 men can be difficult but 9 isn't. The only player I may have had different at the start was Makasa as he is quite creative.
Nice and comfortable now.

Austbo offered so much more when he came on. Soucek has to be impact Sub. Engels gone off the boil. Nice to see Kante back who missed a sitter. Solomon was poor

Big game Saturday but im hoping we can go into it with confidence and bit of momentum (this is West Ham however lol)

Can't disagree with any of that Mac. It was good that he brought Austbo and used him as wing back as opposed to a like for like swap with Solomon. Even tho Solomon was pretty awful yesterday as was Engels.

I thought Golumbekis looked composed when he come on, even though he had very little to do. Strange circumstances playing 9 men but a 6.0 away win is still very decent.

So I think we can all honestly agree that in the last two games Nuno has got his team selection badly wrong. No way Soucek should have started v QPR and he was so bad he was brought off at half time.

I hope veltman is in for KWP. back 2 select themselves cause we have nobody else. Keeper is the same. Left back he will stick with morato.

Midfield is interesting but id bring in kante, mukasa and engels but Nuno wont. Drop Solomon for Austbo and play piroe in the middle.

Orford has always done well when hes played. Dont mind Kante if hes further forward but hes a risk when played deeper.

Wouldnt mind Orford Engels with Kante infront.

Could be our midfield for years to come.

Stevie, we cant defend and teams know it. Any team that chucks a high ball at us or runs at us will have us in trouble.

The defence should've been sorted in the summer but wasn't. One person's fault so the buck stops with Nuno.
Veltman only defender brought in and he is constantly Injured.

Lose the next two and the season suddenly takes on a different complexion. Clubs around us can actually defend and score goals. Look at last night, Swansea 1-0 at Millwall in 91st minute, middlesbrough 3-2 in 91st minute. These clubs fight and scrap. They dont have the arrogance to think they have already won!

Yeah we can score (when they can be bothered to finally get the ball forward), but we cant defend and full backs are frightened to get forward

Jan window kilman has to go and we need cbs that can defemd and maybe a manager who knows what he is doing to shake this lot up.

Results are going against WH, but multitude of games to play, starting tonight, need to win and carry on in the same manner it's all to play for,, there's a lot of clubs want to make the premier league, not just us, that's clear and evident, why or how some of our fans thought this was going to be easy, I willl never understand.

Something we are missing joyful thats momentum and consistency. Wrexham was a great springboard, since then, weve gone backwards, only waking up for 15 mins when we are chasing the game

Too many sloppy passes, slow build up from the back, careless mistakes in midfield are already killing us.

Joyful I totally agree with your sentiment that brooking is too optimistic and unrealistic with his opinions. But I don't think he is completely wrong because from what I have seen so far from others, hasn't particularly impressed me and we should be winning most of our matches. As Mac say defensively we are crap with the players Nuno is using but squad size, quality and offensively we should be winning most of our games and I feel that is down to our manager.


Most seasons, one team will be miles ahead in this division and I think it should be us. Wrexham was a bit of a one off but we should be attacking most games in that fashion and we aren't.

Dabber I think joyful is referring to a couple of posts put on here by brooking. Basically saying we are a shoe in for automatic promotion. It's possible but not a shoe in the way we are playing the last couple of games.

You are correct in 90% of your post, however any experienced person who follows football for donkeys years, knows it just doesn't work out like that,

What we should be doing is another matter, we are not at oresent, I said prior to seasons start this is no cakewalk, irrespective if the best squad on paper or not, pressure is on for 46 games

Prior also to seasons start I said split the division into 3 groups, those that can play and give us a game of football, those that can raise their game, and try mass box interference, Millwall, and those who pack


their defence qpr, and finally the bottom group who can't play much and we should beat anytime Thats, the truth

Stats don't lie we need almost 2 points a game to secure promotion from this division, that's not my opinion that's fact.

Yes some of the games aren't going our way but thats football and at least it's interesting and exciting to watch. Yes Nuno can infuriate sometimes with his tactics but again that's football and Carrick (who some on here wanted as a manager) isn't fairing any better at Man Utd. Guys why don't you just chill out for a bit and stop making this site a whinge fest. 'm sure I'm not the only one on here thats hesitant to visit the site because of this!

Wheras Hermansen long kicks more often fell to their defenders. Than our forwards

This MUST be copied, in my opinion, takes lots of practice., it could be a priceless tactic.

I think they are similar to us over the last few years. They have had so many new managers. Each time the new manager is heralded as the new messiah but they all fail. Ten Haag, Ruben Amorin are the 2 obvious ones. But also OGS and lastly Carrick. I like Carrick but was amazed how he changed from being a very mediocre manager at Boro to do such a decent job last season.

But seems maybe he's not that great. I think their situation is a lot more complex than ours. I think with the demise of Brady and Sully our future looks brighter but they need to get shot of Nuno and get someone in with a bit of guile and imagination.
