Apparently? Yes, here we go again, its silly season and as always we underbid for a player. Seemingly we've bid £13m for Mohamed Amoura from UNION SG but they want £17m. Wolves and a few other clubs are also interested in the ALGERIAN who has real pace, works the channels but is a much better finisher than ANTONIO (so is my 14 year old)!

We should get McTominay in if the opportunity re-arises this summer window. A much improved player whom had added attacking and goals to his game ( so Moyes unlikely to be interested now ) .

I'm undecided about him tbh, but I think what really puts me off is the price tag Utd would no doubt stick on him. If reports of a release clause are to be believed, we're going to lose Paq for only £50M and I can honestly see Utd, because they're Utd, asking much more than that for McTominay. Sorry, but that ain't a fair deal at all!
I really, really hope we're not in the situation this summer where we sell Paq for £50M then go out and then spend it all on Scottish DM, who in the real world is worth less than half of that.

Apparently Jonathan Clauss has been offered to us and if its true we should be all over this as we desperatley need a decent RB and he is so much better than coufal. Perhaps ED might know a little more on this.

With the season fast approaching its end, I think its time we turned our attention to the summer transfer window and who we should keep and who we will let go/retire/move on to pastures new. I think there are a few certanties already. Seems Johnson wants out with Villa and Spuds interested. Paqueta a man in demand. Liverpool very interested in Bowen. Aguerd is very likely gone. Cresswell retire or drop down leagues. Antonio may well hang his boots up. Mavropanos makes far too many mistakes and for me should also be sold and that's just the start. Obviously a new manager is needed so that should be the boards first priority. Clearly, the squad we have is too old and too small so some serious bargains need to be found this summer so thoughts anybody?

It would appear that last week Johnson was offered a big increase on his wages from 25k a week to 40 k he has asked time to think about it, as a free agent he will probably get that elsewhere anyway, so he will soon have to decide stay or go, under a new manager he may get more chances, but at Palace his present choice, he will definitely play regular football, whereas Villa not likely

Apparently, the “experienced” football coach has set his sights on solving a major problem which has vexed him for months. Where the f*ck is the exit door? What amazes me is that MOYES is so defensive minded and yet, our defence is garbage! The Luton Keeper is the only keeper that's made more saves this season than AREOLAN and closely behind him is the Sheff UTD keeper followed by the Burnely keeper. 3 of these 4 teams are in the bottom 3? Does that not speak volumes in itself?

Moyes original starting XI was set up to defend. Well, that worked! A more attack minded second half XI produced the goods, despite Moyes’ pathetic ego trying to torpedo our chances. If memory serves, in the summer we showed a real interest in JACK CLARKE from SUNDERLAND, who I must admit, having watched would be ideal on our left wing. Although we showed lots of interest, I don't however remember us lodging any bids. Sunderland however a rejected a bid in the region of £13m - with £3.5m in add ons - from Lazio Now if LAZIO are bidding for him, there must be some talent

And right on cue, its now been reported that Moyes’ managerial position will be discussed DURING the summer ahead of the 2024/25 campaign. Not after Thursday when Leverkusen tear us a new one! Not at the end of this season, which will be a damp squib after all the hope. DURING the summer at a time when we already should have a new manager in place so he can advise TS what player positions we need to strengthen and what players he would like or will MOYES have his say so. Its a FARCE! And we wonder why this club has so many problems which let's face it, all stem from the poor running and organisation at the top!

I'll tell you what will happen regarding managers in the summer! Clubs who are deciding to part ways with their managers, let's say MAN UTD and EVERTON for example, will already be checking alternatives and its more than likely going to include Managers we are interested in, let's say, GRAHAM Potter. They will all act first to get manager settled and give him time in the summer to recruit the players HE DEEMS FIT to improve his team
Sullivan on the other hand (who loves to be in the news for as long as possible) will take virtually the entire SUMMER to decide who we want, but by this time, the likes of POTTER etc will have gone to new clubs, so what we will do is we will turn to the managers that have been sacked such as DYCHE or the scattergun approach for the cheapest available (again, another sullivan trait) .
Meanwhile, Aftern having been linked to every striker and full back under the sun, the summer transfer window will be closing and we will panic buy 2 or 3 players after having let 12 leave ROFL. Yes, this is a cynical viewpoint, but I think you get the meaning lol

Take a few weeks to get new manager and give him a few games until the end of the season to voersee who he wants and doesn't want to keep and where we need to strengthen.
