Sullivan is a clown. If he goes for Lopetuigui, he will piss of the fans and Tim stiedten in one swoop.
I can see he thinks this is a safer bet and cheaper alternative to the other names linked. Maybe the thinking is that the other younger progressive managers will need to do change the squad more drastically that what lop would. Imo the only players worth keeping are the ones that would be able to play more progressive football anyway.
Generally think he's the worse option out of all the managers we've been linked to so far.

Just heard couple of things, first it may not be goodbye to Antonio, in June as WH may use 1 year option, to keep him as extra striker, and try to move Ings on, ( not likely on his wages ) Antonio may be happy to stay on, it's under debate, with the player . also Man City only want to pay £50m for paqueta plus a player, WH have responded, in talks £85 m is the buyout price, but they could be interested in a player or two, one of the players of interest is GK Ortega, don't 'know the others, Man United, have now made clear their interest in Paqueta, but have yet to make any move , early days, but wheels are turning .going to be very interesting. The prospect of Amorim is exciting, he plays 3/4/3 in the main, and a lovely brand of football, keep your legs crossed , !Steidten is driving this one, or then maybe Sloppy Loppy, is also a move forward, in either case, we are going to get a few Portuguese, , Brazilian and. Spanish players, and maybe a German or two to improve a nucleus of players we will have left after, so many leave in 10 weeks time, our youth will-be properly assessed, and given.the Opportunity, that Moyes totally ignored .Moyes doesn't understand the whole concept of a squad, a point he has repeatedly showed, .BE careful what you wish for, yeah alright, we don't want a defence that doesn't work, players that can't be bothered, and letting in a ridiculous amount of goals, and we wish to see a good brand of football I have seen Steidten quite a few times at matches, but the look on his face yesterday, and then he put his hands on his face, that tells me all, Moyes looks like he will be allowed the 4 matches remaining, can't imagine why, there's only two months salary to be paid, an act of decency I suppose

IF we can ROB Man City for 85 m for Paqueta spend the money on Eze and Olise, with Kudus Bowen, and Antonio as a sub we don't need Solanke or Toney, spend accumulated Money around 30/40 m on balancing defence and midfield, Steidten has a massive job here no mistake, he's watching on in horror, and disbelief, With head in hands I'm just. 30 feet away from him how much more of this disgrace are WH supporters going to stomach Palace are on the up with new manager, we are falling down with Moyes, are we playing Real Madrid .?. Yeah we won't be be getting Eze and Olise for 85m. One of the big reasons we have Tim is to go out and find those type of players before they are worth over 50m something Moyes is not able to do.
People will see managers come in and have success playing exciting football like Howe, Emery, De Zerbi and now Glasner but still tell us to be careful what we wish for.

Obviously we are after a few free transfers, and most of the names have been banded about, one. that hasn't is Dachi Kamada, at Lazio, I'm sure you will remember him at Eintracht, where he run rings against us in the euro semi finals 2 years ago, his contract is set to expire shortly, and at present he doesn't want the 3 year option contract offered to him, So enter WH, it's only a maybe, like many others

They are a seriously good team, what’s in our favour? Well we certainly will be on it from the whistle no relaxing against this side, we must be clinical our chances won’t be many, I will be A very proud Irons fan, if we can get past them….
