Palace lost both Lacroix and Wharton to injuries tonight... Both likely to miss our game with them. Great news as past their first 11, they don't have much depth.

Totally agree with you both. If we treat every game as a must win game, hopefully it will be enough. Relegating Spurs at the same time would be the biggest bonus as well!

I don't want to get ahead of myself here, but if Arsenal fail to win the league, Spurs get relegated, and we manage to stay up, it's gonna seem not too bad a season compared to how it looked in early January.

Hammer, don't want to be a spoiler, mate, but that's like "What would you like for Xmas". I tend to be a bit of a bore, mate, as I only try to deal with reality & not "ifs or whats". I tend to think of the worst scenario, then if that doesn't happen, then happy days! We all have our wishful thinking, of course, that's natural, but we all learn in life, there's no real certainty in sport no matter what.

I think most of us are pessimistic. It's just like our club tune, and, like my dreams, I, like others, totally agree that it's all about what we do and we should concentrate only on that, but the way the fixtures fall this weekend, it is difficult not to focus the mind more on the Spurs result than our own.

Spurs win, and I will be back to my morbid self. ?
