I'm hearing that Vardy (Jamie, not the wife) could be on his way?

Surely not.

Not the time to run backwards, thanks.

He's supposedly a back up option if we fail to bring in Parrott and/or Isidor.

Personally, I think we should move on from Engels; he's too expensive, imo. Go for a cheaper option in Jordan James, and use the money saved to try to get both Parrott and Isidor, who can also play out wide, where I think we lack a bit of depth.

If Orford can develop quickly and do what he does at youth level, he will be a better player than Engels.

Then, hopefully, Disasi has come to his senses; if not, we go all in on Lawlor.

Couldn't agree more, but then again, we use common sense!!!

£15m bid lodged for Parrott, what a joke.

Would be happy with Disasi back, though Lawlor looks a serious player.

Do we have the money to bring in the players we need?

Time will tell.

West Ham do have the money to deposit anybody they want, you know, by now the financial situation. West Ham have to consider fees, add-ons, a 33% uplift on purchases, and wages, then whether the player will help make the difference to gain promotion or not, and whether, if they make the Premier League, the player will be good enough to make the jump in class.

It's not as easy as some people assume.

West Ham are being as careful as possible. How many more Todibos and Fulkrugs do we need!

I think this is why there are a few of us on here not getting overly stressed about the slow incomings progress. It's incredibly difficult to get this window's transfers right, and best left to the professionals.

Can't argue with that.
