Made enquiries over Manor Solomon, can’t see quite what WH are carping about.
Agreed fee £5 m up front, if WH are promoted first season then Spurs get 2.5 m by June 30th 2027.
What is wrong with that? He’s a consistent performer at our level, he will score 8/10, make loads of chances.
Where are we going to get that quality of winger elsewhere?
Makes no sense to me.

Joyfull, it's a joke mate, surely the lack of transfers has got to be due to the ownership saga, if we don't get off to a good start then the fans will turn!

Bonkers, Stevie, this is peanuts money for an established winger, West Ham need to go back and sort this out. Adingra sure, Sorba Thomas great, but West Ham won't get them for that kind of money, this is a mistake.

Solomon is a really good player, I think, at Championship level and could easily be part of a prem squad. Plus, winger is the position we are crying out for.

Big mistake.

It's turning farcical. £5m and Spurs want £2.7m if we get promoted, which is peanuts in today's market.
As has been suggested, if we don't get off to a good start, the fans will turn fast, if some aren't already.

Doesn't make sense from a financial perspective, considering the alternative target is the more expensive Adingra.
Clearly, it's about backlash, as was originally reported. The club doesn't want to take a stance on it, so they leak its financials.

Does anyone know if there were add ons with Kudus and Fernandes?
If there aren't any, I don't think it's awful to expect to do business in the same way.

I read Spurs want 20m for Solomon. That's what Hull City have been quoted. The 5m is for a season loan.
