Crisis talks today (not sure, I can't believe no plan already in place) to sack Nuno, leaving Scott Parker as the clear front runner which is ok to get us up, but then what if and when we go back up?

As I said on the other page, Parker is fine for getting us. Worry about what happens if we manage to get promoted; he might be ok in the Prem if he's backed. He's got promoted with clubs that haven't spent a lot to keep them up. It's hard to say, to be honest, but like I said, worry about it when it happens.

Just want Nuno out. ? Why not Parker, experienced ex player, knows the game inside out. Look what we've had with an experienced manager. ? Apart from that, you can't be too fussy, it's who's available & who's interested? Possibly prefer Bellamy if any truth in that he's sounded WH out about taking over?

Parker was a great player but not a manager. Yes, he has got clubs promoted, but they have always done dreadfully once up. I don't think it would be right to get us up then sack him. I think, as well as Burnley, he managed Fulham and Bournemouth, both of whom improved vastly under the following managers.

From what I've heard about him, I would like Bellamy, but I think we may have to pay Wales compensation, so it probably won't happen with Sullivan in charge. Apparently, Bellamy has been very complimentary about West Ham fans, saying they are the most knowledgeable he experienced at his various clubs.

Gary Oneil and Bilic are others, apparently, under consideration.

The thing is, we aren't a big club anymore. We are where we are, a small-minded club that got lucky with the stadium, getting it cheap. We are not going to attract a big name, unfortunately, so it's ex-players or take a chance on a younger European coach.

Definitely not Bilic. Gary Oneill maybe, but again, where is the ambition?

And whoever it is, get on with it, otherwise Sullivan will be doing the recruitment again.

From what I heard, Bellamy approached West Ham and showed interest. He must have seen we were odds on for relegation.
