FIRST WH must survive, IF so they will be in a position to pay higher wages than most clubs, outside the top six, if he comes on a free transfer, which won’t be exact, y free, , but if your getting a £25 m player, for say £3 m including, signing on and agents fees

Then you can pay big wages, it’s a long shot, but circumstances could prevail, but at this time it’s about survival
