Very quiet on all fronts today.

Lots of reports yesterday saying Soloman is done.

Parrott and Vipotnik were recently mentioned again as striker options, as well as the Sunderland lad.

The Celtic midfielder seems expensive, and there are doubts about his inventive skills and passing.

We need to explore elsewhere.

Which departures are we still expecting? AWB, Fullkrug (hopefully!), Todibo (irrevocable breakdown with Nuno), Cornet (not much chance of that), Alvarez (maybe he stays).

May we live in interesting times.

Mate, I can't even tell you how many different people are saying a deal is done with Parrott, so I dunno; all of them saying £30m. So I dunno what Joyful knows or doesn't want to say about it, but if he's in the know just say.

Why wait until "after the window"? There's nothing that we can do about it, and chances are, if he isn't coming, it's probs down to West Ham shafting him in some way. Just don't get it personally, no disrespect or anything meant by it.

If Parrott and Vipotnik come, do you think we will also keep Tatty? I hope so. I know he doesn't play as a forward, although that is where most of our goals are coming from.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking, Whitby. Surely we will know long before the window closes if he is coming, as that is 3 weeks away.

Hammer D, every time we've mentioned Troy Parrott, Joyfull has said, 'I will tell you something when the window is closed.' All I'm saying is just tell us now, as there are boat loads of rumours about the lad coming to us. I think I just want news; it's getting frustrating.
