When Carroll plays he is a beast. as fans we all know his injury record and should be over it. We paid the money to sign him, pay his weekly wage to do the best job he can. Get off his back he still is our best forward and am glad he is still with us long may it continue. Love the big man. Irons Irons.

NO QUESTION he is at present, which doesn't say much for the other forwards, we have at present does it! IRONMIKE.

2.) 04 Mar 2017 18:51:03
Agreed with him sako and calleri it's not exactly potent. Front line needs an overhaul. What about iheanacho not sure how much even if city let him go, bathshuyai potential loan and braithwaite £10m?

3.) 04 Mar 2017 23:10:10
No chance of the citeh lad. carroll is way better than the other 2, point the original poster made is that caroll is top draw when fit which he is.

4.) 06 Mar 2017 21:53:57
Tonight's game told me what I already knew SNODGRASS is just an ok premiership player NOBLE just has to go LANZINI played so deep he was nearly a holding midfielder, Fernandez should play more sell FEGHOULI to Roma for 12 Million and why oh why did we apparently not sell CAROLL for 32 million and also KOUYATE ain't a R/ B or a c/ B so sort it out and also FONTE was poor too so all in all I'm pissed off.

5.) 07 Mar 2017 08:15:52
Absolutely agreed. Carroll is a beast don't you know lmfao?

The problem is that we have players who like to play with the ball at their feet and we got no real creativity in midfield. Yeah, Lanzini is ok but not the midfield linchpin that can run a game. Carroll if not injured forces a team to play one dimensional and we went through that era with Allardyce. Its also about time that Noble was shown the door cause he has made far too many mistakes. How many times can a player be so sloppy and get away with it. Feghouli looked lost and your telling me that we were offered £12m for him and £32m for Carroll and we said NO? I don't a believe a word of it
Lot of changes need to be made in the summer that's for sure.

6.) 07 Mar 2017 15:32:30
I don't care what anyone says but when we played at the Boleyn we worked harder and played better against big teams even if we win or lost and by now these players should be used to our new stadium but they don't show the grit, Carroll is our best striker and is great but if we did get offered 32 mill we must be mad not taking it and feghouli just needs to go only one we missed was Antonio but we need a massive kick up ass and show more grit and then get someone who will score goals in summer and have a clear out.

7.) 07 Mar 2017 18:20:00
Didn't u know that Sullivan believes we are two players away from being a very very good side? Which two then? Noble is crap same as feghouli and kouyate our strongest attacking midfielder is not a right back but we still play him there curiously when we have but am on the bench. Am not convinced with goalie and forwards we all know about?

8.) 07 Mar 2017 19:09:31
We just lost 2-1 to the best team in the league we weren't disgraced actually we played pretty well, feghonli is bound to struggle without a proper RB behind and kouyate is much better in midfield but come on we were not that bad last night we don't have the money to compete with chelski and citeh it's just that simple.

9.) 07 Mar 2017 21:25:51
Yea we didn't play that bad but it's not like the Boleyn we showed much more grit and determination even when we was 2-0 down or something, I know it takes time to adjust to new stadium but surely they should be used to it and we need that fortress back and make teams not want to come to us, the summer will be hard because Sullivan will go for players that we know won't come to us or demand massive wages that we can't afford. I recon we will go back in for bacca or lacezette, but just got this feeling that sturridge is our main target.

10.) 07 Mar 2017 22:12:08
Its not a football stadium, so it will never be a fortress.

"2 players short of a very very good Team. " Trouble is Sully thinks Wealdstone are a very very good Team, they could probably beat us at the moment on that big pitch. Accrington nearly did it, Astra did do it.

Sully comes out with this nonsense to get the season ticket money in.

11.) 08 Mar 2017 12:59:21
We are def more than 2players short, we need a rb, lb cover a striker and another play maker plus decent cover from bench so more than 2 and they need to start training on the pitch more and get used to it there's no excuse about the size they get paid to play and paid well they need more grit and show us fans that they believe.

12.) 09 Mar 2017 19:40:48
Agree with the view on Noble, he should be on the bench with Kouyate and Obiang in cm
Carrol has to go in the summer, try and get Sakho back fit and firing again and buy the best striker we can
Feghouli has to go,12mil, snatch their hand off
I read on C and H that income this year could be 250mil, well the Dave's have to invest in the team during the summer in order that we move forward.

13.) 10 Mar 2017 13:29:46
Just read that BILIC thought SNODGRASS was excellent against Chelsea, come on slaven who you trying to kid he was average at best as to what I knew and have stated in recent blogs of mine he's just a very average premiership player and not what we should be pursuing if we want to progress I understand this season is about consolidating our premiership status but with buisness done in the summer he'd just be a squad player used in case of injurys which he will then be asking for a move to which we won't get nowhere near what we paid so in my opinion waste of money.

14.) 10 Mar 2017 22:15:49
I believe sagna Will be our rb next season I hope we go for ox chamberlain and if I'm honest I wouldn't mind us taking a chance on Andre grey but I recon our main striker targets is sturridge and lacezette, tosun of besiktas will be another target bilic really rates him.

15.) 11 Mar 2017 13:16:29
we can target lacazette as much as we want but there's no way we will get him, the ox haven't even seen us linked with him to be honest apart from fans saying they like him, sagna would be ok short term he's still got plenty of pace.

Do twenty plus goalscorers grow on trees? Are there an abundance of them waiting in the wings? What percentage of all premiership strikers score twenty or more? Without due diligence I feel its less than twenty % if its even five % Negredo bring it on I say. He used to be known as The Beast I would take him on past reputation alone either that or wait for the mythical beast known as the unicorn to turn up and take a turd on our hallow turf! All about great service to a front man and I believe we can provide that! Carroll please have an injury free season and fire us to qtr finals of the f a cup x.

1.) 23 Jun 2017 19:41:53
I'd have negredo also. A lot better than zaza and callers and he don't get injured lots so maybe not so bad once he gets march fit.

2.) 24 Jun 2017 00:24:39
Negredo is worth a chance he has proved he can score goals and playing with better players than boro had I'm sure he would get more chance and finish them so if we can get him cheap or on loan then we should give it ago.

3.) 24 Jun 2017 08:09:46
Agreed as long as they don't ask a fortune for him. Potentially useful striker given half decent service. Maybe we should target more fringe players. Shane long is ok works his socks off and scores goals and maybe cheap option. Only a thought. I reckon we should pack our midfield and forwards with those that can score goals to take pressure of the forwards. Maybe try playing two forwards and experiment.

Just because we have a shiny new stadium doesn't mean we going to compete! Bargins and has beens are really only likely transfers we need to play our young players and give them a chance bide our time. Arsenal are light years ahead of us and they struggle to attract players they want and have no champions league. I'd be happy for a few more seasons of mediocrity giving young players a chance and hope in a few years we can progress to a level that's achievable with realistic ambitions. I love the Hammers as its in my blood but would rather stay true to ourselves than waste money on shite and be more of a laughing stock to our London neighbors. Irons Irons.

Ranieri was sacked due to player power. The cat won the prem league and was sacked few games into the new season. Bilic had 3/ 4 of a good season mainly down to payet propping him up. Poor bloke was vilified for realising before others that the team is being run well below potential and joined an average french team that at least could muster a decent training rageme. Fast forward 18 months we are worse off still have the same manager! Ranieri won the league against all odds and faced absolute muppetry from the dressing room, Vardy you are a disgrace mahrez you are a disgrace you didn't start that season believing you would win the prem but you did. In the close season you led every fan across the country believing that your team could win what every player and fan hopes for coveted prem title. Congrats celebrated with every other non Leicester fan. Ha then defacated on the memory by acting like a female dog beleiving in your absolute self importance and got your hero manager sacked you absolute bellend :) anyway my point being ranieri won league and was sacked moments later leaving head held up high what only few managers achieve. Bilic still in job acheived nothing hanging on for dear life. My point is does it matter? Win the league and get sacked, act like a raspberry ripple on the touch line a d stay in job. Bloody tough profession. Peace.

They will more than likely regret spending that money in the championship next year. Teams spunking money on unproven players is laughable. Looking forward to rolling up every game with carroll leading the line or The king Dean Ashton. Pathetic times in our over inflated over indulged joke of a league. We don't even own our own ground. Am dreaming of the time that we all get put out of our misery and support Leyton Orient . Oh wait!
