What's your source please? There's a rumour that Steidten was in contact with Tuchel when he was in Germany recently, and Tuchel still feels he has something to prove in the Premiership. Personally, I hope he does go to Barca.

Tuchel had already been linked with Barcelona when speculation was rife over his future at Bayern. It follows Xavi’s announcement that he will leave the Camp Nou this summer.

Now Football Espana reports that Barcelona have shelved any plans to appoint Hansi Flick following Bayern’s Tuchel announcement.

And he is now being widely tipped to take over at Barcelona, putting paid to any West Ham hopes.
