Brentford instead of making a bid are trying to feel WH out. They got a flat no last time. They are playing a different game now, asking at what price would WH feel comfortable to let Diouf go.

WH have asked £35 m plus £5 m addons, so Brentford can see with our past sales, there’s no point being silly, wasting their own time, or you would think so!

Phill, re Engles. He's won the Premiership twice, won the Scottish Cup and League Cup, he has also been capped for Belgium and played in the Champions League. He's only 23 and will get better, and he's already a good player.

Sydie Peck is nowhere near as good, which is reflected in his value, and he's keeping Hatate out of the Celtic team. That's why we are still chasing him.

Hatate is less than average, looks like he's off to Paderborn in Germany, player exchange 5 m euros.

This is a big gamble for a Championship side, hope you're right Robbo, I just don't like the last minute thing, just my view.
