Don't want to be a misery, lads, but nothing is gonna change at West Ham until all the board go and are replaced with a professional organisation. They all know the things to say to pacify the fans temporarily. What is the point of not having a DOF in place before the season ended? If they were really serious about this, they would have done that.
But we are now gonna get some sort of Max Hahn, Tim Stiedten, Rob Newman hybrid that has no real clout, probably about a month before the season starts. They know they have messed up big time and are now playing the game of covering each other's ar@e. There is no grand plan; it's the same old story. Why should we be so surprised.

It's as we keep saying. This letter told us all what they were going to do and nothing.
DofF by season's end? Lying again.
Rebuilding as soon as possible? Another lie!
We are committed to the future of the club? Total BS.
Why are our owners not digging deep into their billions to clear our debts and then recoup from player sales?
Sick of hearing how we are interested in when we have the basics in place.
As was stated elsewhere, Sullivan will do all our recruitment AGAIN so another disaster in the pipeline.

Yep, apparently we have until the end of June to put in their own money to clear the debts and pay for signings. Obviously we know Sullivan isn't gonna do it. Or, if he did, he would charge loan-shark rates of interest. The mood music after we were relegated seemed to be Kretinsky would.
I don't think he will, and would be happy if I'm wrong. What makes me die is that he will get his money back, but if he has any decency, it will be an interest-free loan. But either way, I don't think he will spend a penny of his own money.

It's just the same old story time after time. They talk a good talk, but that's about all they do.
Personally, more annoyed about this Director of Football situation, because we can't in all honesty do any proper recruitment and establish direction without one, and we all know what will happen if it's left to Sullivan!!

I have actually renewed my season ticket, but am a bit too long in the tooth to believe the garbage our board pump out. I'm sure some fools do, though. I've been saying for the last 10 years that I'm not gonna renew! I will wait until we drop to the National Conference League, probably in about 3 years' time. ?
