Joyful you can only play what is put in front of you. Enjoy the win and performance. I totally agree Cresswell should be given a one year contract. Away fans were brilliant yesterday.

Joyfull, totally agree with Soucek and Cresswell comments to retain, especially Soucek, he’s only 30 for heavens sake, bloody excellent imo, pops up with goals all the time, also keep Coufal as well, bit older at32 but puts in a great shift each time, every player makes mistakes, Cressy deserves to be retained! The games all about mistakes and we are WH of course and all the top players are waiting to join us ?? I don’t think! Of course we all have opinions who we’d like to have as well as Managers, but we don’t have a say of course!
Still an excellent win against Utd be they in the doldrums but so are we and they have many internationals as we know! ⚒⚒⚒

Chelmsford, Coufal has been agitating for some time re his wages, and wanted more money on a new contract, WH took the decision, to let him go because of that, and get a younger player in? Cresswell has performed well enough to warrant another year, albeit at a reduced wage, the players problem is, at his current age, can he get 2/3 year contract elsewhere, unlikely, so if WH do an about turn, like last summer, he may stay?, it’s impossible to predict, I can see why Soucek divides opinions, but he’s an odd type of player, that’s difficult to replace, I think WH will take second thoughts on him, there’s enough players to get rid of, without him
