Seems that even if we do go down, Nuno is unfazed and ready to rebuild us. He is contracted to 2028.

On that note, when he last managed in the Championship his record was... played 46, won 30, lost 7, drew 9, giving him 99 points which is impressive.

If he is backed and allowed a say, to a degree, of who goes and comes, then he can definitely take us up, if, of course, we do drop.

He needs to go, if we go down which isn't certain. He's had 30 odd games. He took over when we were 17th and we would be relegated in 17th, so in terms of league position he has done nothing to improve that. We have lost 21 points from winning positions under his guidance. If you consider some bizarre team selections and negative tactics from the off in some games, I don't think he is the right man at all to try and get us promoted.

The whole club will be on its ass. We need a young, dynamic manager who will get us playing football again, someone to lift the spirits and make the fans excited again... Of course that won't happen though, as the track record tells us Sullivan only likes boring, safe managers.

I've stood up for Nuno for a lot of the season. I didn't originally think he was a manager I would want to manage us, not long term anyway. But Robbo is right in that he has failed and had more than enough games to keep us safe. Last season we were lucky because the bottom 3 were so poor. This year it's mainly the bottom 2. If he were to stay, it wouldn't horrify me and I would get behind him and hope for the best. But, having thought about it, and on balance, he should go. I'm not sure he would stay anyway. I don't think it was in his contract.

People mention this game or that game, but for me it was that disastrous period in the middle of the season before Paco arrived.
I would be tempted to give him a go with his people. I have always wanted to see someone like Kieron McKenna take over. I too would like to see a manager that gets us playing on the front foot. But that very much depends on what players we have. It has been said that that is why Carrick failed at Borro, as he tried to play a type of football that the players he had weren't capable of.

Sullivan this Sullivan that. I've no doubt whatsoever that he's off. Does anyone really believe that DK has increased his stake. Only to Allow the useless Dwarf to keep on running the club Badly. Its been an open secret that he's seriously disillusioned with Sullivans Running of the club.

And Brady's walked as well. Honestly the constant Negativity is doing Nobody any favours. From the tea lady to Nuno we need to start pulling together.

It's very difficult to be positive with the millstone that is Sullivan bringing us down.
From what I've heard, Sullivan has also increased his shares by buying out the Gold family, as they are in dire need to release the money to shore up their other business interests. If Kretinsky was serious, he could have bought the lot.

Sullivan, above all else, is a greedy git. If we do get relegated, and it's still an if, then the club will lose value, making him less likely to sell his percentages, I would think. Kretinsky just seems to want to stay in the background and not put his own money in, so I'm not even sure we would be better off with him to be honest.

The facts are, there is little to be positive about at the moment. Even if we do stay up, they have made it clear that there is no cash available, which means some of our best players will go. It just feels like delaying the inevitable to me anyway.
