What is going on at our club with the news that Steidten has been banned from Rush Green and the Stadium dressing room? We must be a laughing stock amongst other clubs with the in house fighting, why are those on the board supposedly in charge and running the club not re enforcing some discipline amongst their employees, shameful imo!
It's common knowledge in all businesses and industries there are characters that clash just as in Parliament, but many fans paying hard earned cash having to read about this shambles! ⚒⚒⚒⚒

More worrying is rumours about personnel falling out should not be coming out in the press. They should stay behind closed doors. West Ham should investigate who is releasing this information.

Furthermore, rumours regarding the manager are irrelevant, no-one will know who is being spoken to apart from the board. The likely hood is they already know who it is, and they are waiting to release the name once the season finishes out of respect to Moyse. If so, they is excellent and respectful business.

There are a number of well known names who have known close ties to certain members of the board, and they don't accidentally find out what's happening. It doesn't take a genius to know who they are.

Reading between the lines and as purely a personal opinion, is Steidten trying to take complete control of the club? I think Moyes has a right to get the hump, he is the Manager and should be allowed to Manage, apparently it was Moyes that banned him from the Dressing room saying “He’s got his job to do I have mine” the Board should decide who’s running the club!
Sullivan ate humble pie when he asked Moyes back after treating him like S—— when he kept us up after Pelligrini, he did a great job stabilising us and keeping plenty of Money in the Boards pockets, no matter what us fans think of his tactics!
Having respect for people is an admirable quality in a person and I believe Sully has this in mind with DM after waving ? goodbye the first time when he did the job asked of him! His way of repaying him maybe? ⚒⚒⚒⚒⚒

I think you’re forgetting one major point - Steidten is Moyes’ direct line manager as Technical Director. Consequently, he doesn’t have the power to ban TS from anywhere. The truth is more likely in the subsequent rumour that it was TS himself who suggested he steer clear of the playing staff for the remainder of the season to avoid any disruption.
Moyes has blown millions for Sullivan and the board by his inability/refusal to use certain players correctly. (Haller, Scamacca, Ings, Cornet, Benrahma, Phillips, etc.) That’s why so many people refer to some players as being “Moyesed”. In my opinion, Moyes deserves one thing - his P45.
