Everyone's saying that it’s Scott Parker who’s been chosen by the board.

Could be worse, but I'd prefer Bellamy.

At the very least, he'll tighten up the defence.

Yeah, well I suppose he was the obvious candidate. Very quick appointment he's got plenty of nous both as a manager and as a former player, I know his premier record is pony, but not something to worry about at the moment

WH is a. very difficult job, because the expectations are so high Parker knows that, agency tells me he was there on Saturday about three rows from me, I didn't see him to be honest, but looks like it was on the cards anyway, apparently Kretinsky was there as well not together of course

Think it wasn't only the loss, but the manner of defeat which did the persuading

For me Nuno had to go, he's isolated some players, now of course they all start with a clean slate, so if it's Parker let's all get behind him.

So apparently "Scott Parker is set to be given a contract that will be heavily incentivised around promotion, but giving West Ham the option of terminating it should he not achieve promotion, OR should he struggle upon promotion to the premier league”

Not bad to be honest. Give him an incentivised contract based on promotion and if he struggles in the premier league we part ways.

He was an obvious choice due to how quick we could make the appointment, but I'd have preferred Bellamy.

Noble part of his team.

Clean slate for the players,

Show a lot more passion than Nuno anyway.

Certainly worse appointments, i think if this doesnt go to plan can always go for the wildcard bellamy at a later date.

Just hope he doesnt chuck Soucek in thats my worry.

Yeah I agree i hope he stamps his own mark on the team and doesn't just play the same old guard.
