On rare or odd occasions. I cannot post what I know for confidential reasons, I have an agreement with agencies, not to go ahead with certain information should they ask me not to do so, over a long period it’s only happened a few times, there’s nothing sinister about it at all, so I am bound to that agreement, sorry if that’s annoying, I understand, the frustration, some must feel, my apologies

Moving on, to a closely related subject, should Kretinsky take over as main shareholder in WH they will next season if not before, be introducing a new NDA (non disclosure agreement) to All staff, including training ground people, and will encompass everybody directly employed by WH, this will cover all information leaks, including transfer business

Leaks about injuries, and minor stuff won’t be included, because, it’s viewed as non important to financial situations

Any persons found to be in breach of the NDA will be instantly dismissed.

Not directly, West Ham are aware that they have small leaks both in their office and on the training ground. Kretinsky is said to want to put an end to this! West Ham think that some people may be taking small amounts of money for information.

Sooner or later they will be caught. Once they have signed a new NDA, they can be dismissed on the spot. West Ham won't be frightened to do it either.
