Well we have just 3 weeks to go before the serious stuff starts. Rangers tomorrow. Is a step up, and more to judge from that than Stevenage

How many players do we need in? Looks like we are standing firmer now, and not prepared to let anyone else go unless big money is offered

But we are short, up front certainly, then a winger, creative attack mdf Cb.



WH have to get people in, if we don’t, we will get found out quick enough.

First bid was stopped last week for the Stoke player, why? Don’t know is the truth.

Joyful, from what you know, why are we being so slow and doing what feels like the usual 'looking' and 'considering'? I know Kretinsky wants to do things the right way, and the priority was selling, but surely a club can do two things at once? People are saying to be patient, it's 3 weeks, as you say, not enough time to gel new players.

The squad was paper thin last season, and it's only getting thinner atm. Don't know about others, but I don't think the likes of Earthy, Scarles, even Potts, frankly, have enough quality.

I guess the Stoke player was Sorba Thomas? I thought he looked very good vs Bosnia in the play-off game. He looked physical, went at players, and caused havoc. He had some good crosses too. Good move if we're after him.

We do need a striker, though, and a Fernandes replacement.

Please remember I am not a supposed West Ham Itk, my information is agency derived, last Tuesday or Wednesday. West Ham made an offer for Harry Souttar, CB, Leicester. It was around 5.5 m, Leicester want £10 m, they are not in panic mode, the offer is far too low. West Ham are not going to steal the player, get real. Come in at 7.5 m, then start talking, or maybe West Ham just trying it out?

West Ham were poised to make a bid for Sorba Thomas of Stoke on Wednesday, stopped.



No idea why, unfortunately not in that pay grade!

West Ham need to get serious. If we want promotion, three important players have left: Fernandes, Summerville and Disasi. We have others on the sidelines who are very unlikely to remain, Todibo, Fulkrug and Alvarez.

The need for players is obvious to everyone. If West Ham do not get people in, we will NOT win that league, and I doubt we will make the top three. That's my opinion, for what it's worth, and I will stand by it.
