WH have he'd a conversation with RÜDIGER former Chelsea now Real Madrid Cb

He's a free agent, this summer although 32, still has plenty in the tank, wants to comeback to London

If we avoid the drop?, I wouldn't be shocked to see him turn up at WH, as he has personally ruled out ruled out Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs

Thought for another time maybe?

Real Madrid haven't actually cancelled his contract, but his contract expires at the end of this season. They would need to cancel his contract before he could join another club.

West Ham have a squad of 23 registered with the Premier League, and the maximum squad size is 25, so there are two squad spaces available. HOWEVER, we have a full quota of 16 foreign players, so could only sign and register homegrown players between now and the end of the season.

Despite having a number of injuries (torn meniscus, thigh and knee problems) over the last couple years, IF he were to be released by Real Madrid, Rudiger would be a solid signing until the end of the season for any club in the Premier League with a free foreign player registration spot in their squad. Sadly, that isn't West Ham.
