Yes it was £13,m plus small amount of add ons, not £12 m The offer was too spread out with too many variables as well, a bit silly ……WH either want him or they don’t full stop,
IF they do they need to rise to at least £15 m, and make it £5x5x5/in all just 3 payments, if they do that, or very similar I think it will happen
IF they don’t it won’t, Looks like Saints have a marker set for this possible transfer, and will walk if WH don’t reach it

Cheers Joyful, that’s ridiculously cheap for a young experienced defender who has also played at international level, surely West Ham can meet what Southampton want, they would be foolish to let this one slip away.

Couldn't agree more with you guys. I see he is in saints starting 11 today. He has been a mainstay for England u21s. i'm a little concerned about how things our midfield is unless he plans on bringing through Fearon, Kante
