Next week it's likely that at long last WH will make a bid for Joel Ordonez Cb Brugge, WH were first but it's been left too long, allowing, 2/3 other clubs to get involved, second others got Euro football, unfortunately don't see it, hopefully I'm wrong

Isn't this the usual West Ham way where we agree terms with the player and then make daft bids to the club and if course the saga draws on and on?
