Just read on the West Ham way apparently potter doesn't think it is the time when we need to give any of the youth team a run in the side. This guy's ineptitude knows no bounds

How about Scott Parker, assisted by Micheal Carrick and Mark Noble (until he gets his coaching badges) .
At least we'd have a midfield.

Is noble actually doing his coaching badges?

We need to utilize some of the youngsters they can’t do any worse that what many of the senior players have done. So I would like a manager that encourages that, like MacKenna but don’t think he will be asked by our useless board
