I think it's time for us to search for a new goalkeeper. Fabs has started to get a few injuries. Over the years we've had some good ones: Parkes (best ever), James, Green. I'd like us to make a statement like we did with Parkes and buy someone like Pope. Henderson would've been a perfect fit for us.

I think Fabs has been one of West Hams best signings in recent history to be fair. I agree he is starting to get a few niggles here and there and we probably should start thinking about the future.

David Martin and Fabs both have contracts that expire in the Summer. I recall we are looking to offer Fabs an extention and I imagine Joseph Anang is pretty close to being promoted to the senior squad and be the third choice goalkeeper. Whether that means we go for another keeper in the next two windows I don't know, but i agree Nick Pope would be an OUTSTANDING choice.

Ondrej Kolar from Slavia Prague would be a great shout in goal too, probably cheaper than buying Pope, or other already established names in the Premier League.

Don't forget we also have Trott who whilst at Wimbledon had for a long period the most shots stopped stats for all 4 divisions.

I think a keeper with more size and presence than fab who has been superb for us since he signed and i think pope would have top clubs after him and a few clubs in front of us in the pecking order i really like the saints keeper alex mcCarthy
but we shall see.
