The problem here everybody is that MOYES is a defence minded manager. Just look at how we setup against clubs and how we play. The intent is there not to concede with a back 4 and 2 defnsive midfielders in front. No real creativity in the team because too many want to pass the ball backwards or sideways and its too slow. We need players who can run at defenders with the ball. Alan St Maxim yesterday terrorised City along with Almeron. Who do we have? We have screamed at Moyes for over 2 years about how vulnerable cresswell is and he never listens. If we can see, he must be able to as a professional football manager, so why was nothing done about it Why was nothing done about a striker and even now we persist with antonio, who unfortunately is passed his best. Somebody on here mentioned HWANG? I tell you what, I would rather we had him than Antonio. He offers something different with pace. We need Adama Traore and That fofana geeza. I see this morning we are being linked with Emerson, 2 mysterious CB's and Vanaken. MORE CB's? I give up

Yup Whoray and that's exactly the point and I just read that Kostic never had any intention of coming to west ham and Moyes knbew it but he still wasted weeks of the window. Anyway, no surprises that our messing about in the window and not getting bodies in quickly has seen us lose the first three games and players are still not ready for our system and not fit. Benrahma is the only flair player we have. Many will say Bowen, but is he a flair player? Our central midfield is disjointed. Why doesn’t Moyes play Rice/Fornal as holding players and allow Soucek to push forward? Seems logical. Also 352 would allow Scamacca/Antonio front line.
