Read Antonio's interview where he has turned the Zouma question around and put it in perspective. Is it worse than racism? Players playing that have been convicted of racism. Likewise I would add players that have beaten human beings are playing. A player that killed a human being is playing. Yes suspend him and punish him but the mob asking for him to be sacked need in my opinion to get a bit of perspective. Ed said what if it was a kid, well evidence in the Premier League suggests he would be playing.

I do not wish to offend but you fail to see my point, sacking Kouma would only achieve one thing, it would make him richer by a minimum of 5-10 mil as he would sign as a free agent somewhere and WHU would lose 30mil, hardly the appropriate punishment. You are probably right that Moyes played him to win a football match but I could also be right. If he had played Diop and lost due to his mistake and we missed CL or Europa because of it DM would get the blame. What ever WHU and Moyes decide they can't win.
SDl I 100% agree with your comments.

Zouma would be lucky to get another club, especially in the prem, no team will want the aggro.

Newcastle will sign him and have any journalists silenced.

Stevie just wondering what you thought when we signed Lee Bowyer? He and Woodgate went on to have careers at other clubs after Leeds. I think this has gotten way out of proportion quite frankly. No I don’t condone it but surely a fine, suspension and some community work is more in line with other punishments handed out for much worse crimes.

Hi sdl, you say a fine, suspension and community work is sufficient but so far he’s only been fined, the club haven’t even suspended him, and apparently he’s in the squad for the Leicester game, Christ knows what will happen if he scores, everyone will be on West Ham’s back for not suspending him, and that’s what I’m saying, the club are looking bad, they should’ve at least suspended him for a few games.

True how how many would be enough to appease the rabid lynch mob? Let justice take its course.

I think a quarter of a million pound is stringent enough but what he did is childish and very callous.

Mmm "racism" is a very broad chutch and NO i cannot say in all honesty that being called names is worse than a much smaller creature being battered by a huge man.
