News article in Italy, Todo Fichajes suggesting Rice has agreed personal terms with Chelsea. He is a bit hit a miss with his rumours, but would hate for it to be the case.
I would hope Rice waits for summer and then sits down and asks for evidence the club will move forward with some decent purchases to grow the side before making a decision.
Of course given the length of his contract and the option year West Ham could play hard ball, but really if someone wants to leave it can only be hard ball over price.

Due to Abramovich's problems I don't think Chelsea and in a position to sign anybody. It is also illegal to negotiate with a plyer that is under contract. So my advise is treat the rumour with the contempt it deserves.
