Stavely, what’s going on, it’s basically straightforward, nobody now holding shares in WH.
Wants to deal with Sullivan on a straight forward basis
Equally, the collective would rather have his shareholding in the hands of others, not in the Sullivan family
At this time, Sullivan's WH holdings in the championship are worth 240/250 m
Sullivan obviously realises this, and can either sell to third parties, or hope that WH return to the premiership to increase his value, or just hold them to be awkward
The answer may be a half way house valuation to get rid of him, whether that would work or not is hard to say
It also depends on Sullivan's finances, as he has taken a hit on his property portfolios
If WH can clear the debt with a few transfers, others apart from Staveley, may well be interested

Won't his shares dilute anyway when Kretinsky puts money in? Even if Sullivan could cover his percentage, I doubt he'd want to put money in.

Dilution of shares is correct, but let's see the money going in first!
