HARVEY ELLIOT, WH have ceased talks, WH value the player at £30 m Liverpool £40 m or close to it
WH wanted to do a deal for loan with obligation of £30 m only minor loan fee
Although Liverpool have stuck to their guns, they closed, with, they will review the situation, should no offers come in at their estimate, fair enough we shall see,
However it has too be said that after the original clamour for this player things have quitened down.considerably on him, next two weeks, will tell the story on this one
Liverpool will keep him if necessary, but they would definitely prefer to sell

I think Liverpool are still in a very good position with FFP. and considering they will be fighting for all competitions, I can see them keeping him. I feel he would have been a good addition
