Dabbler, too early for hard and fast decisions, but for me this is looking like a rerun of 2003.
The squad then far better than we currently have and a fire sale started a week after relegation.
It’s absolutely unavoidable, wages being the principal factor here, along with other personal circumstances.
We were desperately unlucky yesterday. And Spurs had the fortune of a rotated squad at Villa to play against.
The odds are hugely stacked against us now.
It’s just how it’s panned out.
The squad is poor compared to remainder of the league, and to come to 36 points with 3 games to play has been a gigantic effort.
Will it be Nuno staying as manager? I heard this morning that the players are gutted, no surprise for me. I don’t think they will lay down either, against Arsenal! Or the others.
It’s such a shame too come this far, and luck, leaving when it's the most needed, Joyfull

My only hope is that Sullivan finally gets out of the club & a totally new regime comes in and rebuilds.
Seeing a side like Bournemouth bounce up & do very well fills me with inspiration. Villa & Toon were bought by new owners & have excelled (mostly).
We need to get rid of the cancer at the club.
I'm sure the players will give it all next 3 games, but our forwards just don't score enough goals. Defence has looked so much better under Nuno.
I find it pretty disgusting Villa not turning up like that, but I suppose Toon & Leeds might be on the beach when we play them. VAR will interfere, of course, as a supposed "Sky 6" club won't be allowed to be relegated by the PL.
