3-1 up and we should win this game fairly comfortably but I do worry about how we keep having an overload against us on our right. The formation or the way the players work back leave 2 on 1 or 3 on 2 on Coufals side - a better side would really exploit it. That said don't expect this formation on Sunday against Everton and expect Bowen back, who despite his form loss going forward, still works back really well.

Poor second half. The overloads continued and no change to the formation. Then subbed on Benrahma to leave three players, Benrahma, Cornet and Lanzini all of whom are weak getting back. Tactically I think Moyes got this one badly wrong unfortunately. Still 3 points but we have to be better on the weekend or Everton will be far better at exploiting the weaknesses, Silkeborg probably should have gotten a couple more.

I think it's becoming plainly obvious that Moyes' tactical skills are sadly lacking. That would explain why he's never won a thing in his life as a manager except the old 2nd Division and the FA Charity Shield.

Hey guys, that's all a bit negative lol only joking. We clearly struggled with that formation at the back. COufal was all over the place and luckily we got away with it. He looked lost and didn't know what to do with himself. This season to be honest he has struggled and its obvious that if MOYES does any business in January he has to be looking at quality full backs that can also adapt and play as wing backs. I thought Cornet, Scamacca and Pacqueta threesome started to work quite well, but for them to get used to each other Moyes has to play them together. He also needs to try and stick with a settled back 4 with is the foundation of a steady first 11. Overall, we got the job done, terrible second half performance but a few individuals are starting to show their true potential so its all very encouraging. I still worry over our full backs and we need Johnson back as soon as possible and maybe drop Coufal and play Kehrer in his position

Rice always leaves a huge hole when he goes off. We lacked his calm, purposeful power once he was on the bench.
