Posted last night but it's not here. Due to Leicesters CB injury they'll now be in for Milenkovic and reportedly Juventus now want him. If we got this done quickly we wouldn't now be looking at a 35 year old Gary Cahill the circus continues.

To be honest i'm wondering why anyone would
Wouldnt blame rice putting in a transfer request as why would you want to stay at a club that doesn't invested in the team
Theyve turned our club in to a laughting stock.

Cahill while not the most inspiring signing is still a decent defender to be fair we could do a lot worse.

I agree ED just saying Cahill wouldn't be the worst we could do, money is tight post C.V. so he would fill a hole in squad for season or two.

Again agreed, I would add a midfielder to that aswell, if anything happens to rice or souchek I think we would struggle there its nobles last season and lanzini is quite lightweight.

CAHILL? you are having a laugh? Picking up players like Cahill on a free just shows how far we have come if this is the limit of our ambition. I think its time to accept that we are going nowhere with the chuckles in charge. We got into Europe and let's face it, we would have been better off finishing 11th for all the difference it will make and now of course as its coming to the end of the window, we are reaching out to try and grab anything that's cheap, the usual West Ham money saving approach. And if I'm honest, without Lingaard last season we would have struggled. Only one striker who can't stay fit, A right back not happy with the contract being offered, A CM who really wants to go to Chelsea and the 15 goalkeepers and teenagers we beought in.

Get Cahill if cheap on fee and wages ; cannot he and the other centre backs help bring on one of our youngsters?

CF old fashioned now try to get a good attacking MF / Forward if possible. (Shame we miss out on Ings though) . Periera not bad - Dad follows W. Brom, so he's on my personal radar.

We finished 6th last season not 16th Cahill is a player for a club like brentford who need premier league players with league experience not a team who are well and truly established in the premier league.
