So Daniel (otherwise known as Rodney) says his Brother Arnie really wants the excitement of playing in China. shows how much of a plonker he really is. his statement to Talk sport says West Ham bought him to save them from relegation. shows how bad his memory is - he was bought at the start of the season, relegation didn't come into it. I would suggest if Arnie wants to be taken seriously, he gets a new agent.

If someone comes in with a serious bid £50 million plus, because that's what a striker would cost to replace him. I say let him go.

I agree Mercerl. It was stoke who were flirting with relegation. However, if Arnie wants to go, it demonstrates his true motivation - money! His brother is a complete toss and if my brother was my agent and started trying to flog my services to China which is clearly a crap league then I would suggest my brother never had my footballing interests at heart. I’m with you, £50m let him ruin the rest of his career by playing in China. We may not be able to replace him with a better player, but I would bet a pound to a penny we will get somebody more committed.

Agents continue to throttle the game and inflate prices ludicrously.

I’ve always thought that each country’s PFA should look after the interests of the players and act in an agent/ negotiating capacity.
