There is one midfielder who I think we should go for and that's alajendro gomez of Atalanta he is a set piece maestro and scored 16 goals and provided 10 assists in seria A last season, he is another small argentine at 5ft5 but with us being more financial than them we should put a bid in that they can't turn down.

Bilic should use his friendship with mandzucic to persuade dgs that he is a player we need and a great hard working striker who scores goals, there is some talented Croatia players and bilic knows them well how come he don't try for any of them.

You have got halilovic, brozovic, coric, Kalinic, bendjl, modric, any of these players would be great for us the first three especially, it just seems that us lot on here could do a better job at going for players than them, it just seems weird how we can't attract players something doesn't seem right.

Agreed and I've been reading that Ronald koeman was a major factor in players recently joining Everton just as he did at Southampton. Then we have bilic who is about as charismatic as a cold sore 😣 and whether we like it or not, we need at least 5 players before the season starts or we are going to have a very long very hard season bearing in mind out fixture list is hard also.

As I said before on similar topic it is simple, best Croatian players (Modric, Mandjukic, Perisic, …) playing in top EU clubs and not interested (unfortunately) in WH. It seems that we so desperately want to sing someone (players like Coric, Halilovic are maybe good for some Championship team not for WU) that we pull names of some players that I am not sure if they are football or basketball players.
I think we have to be calm and target only 2-3 high quality players that can make difference. If injuries spare us, we have solid squad already and with addition of only 2 -3 player we can go for top seven this year.
