Yeahhhhhh, surprise surprise Reports are gathering that West Ham's well publicised move for Brentford striker Scott Hogan has broken down, with the Hammers unwilling to match the west London club's £15m valuation.

Hogan is one of the hottest properties outside the Premier League, with 14 goals in 25 games for the Bees in the Championship this season and the Hammers' desire to sign the front man is one of the worst kept secrets in football and it now appeasr that West ham are unwilling to meet the £15m asking price after having previous bids rejected?

Whats the betting we all knew this was coming?

I read that as well Phil, oh well yet another well publicised transfer embarrassment.

To be honest i'm getting bored of these windows, we here so much from the board who we want or after and bow out for a few million, maybe they just don't have the budget to spend of £24m the asking price for both Snograss and Hogan, saying that if Payet goes for even £30m surely that can be used in the window, its a joke mate and just getting bored with it all. Or are they waiting to see the outcome of the next two games to decide Bilic future, saying that the window will almost be closed. I just don't know mate. their transfer dealings and how they see how it should be done, its not working both at start of season and now!

I wouldn't pay 15 mill for Hogan either. Ross McCormack and Jordan Rhodes score goals in the championship, they can't do it in the Prem. why does everyone think Hogan will?
