As you are aware WH have been after Nico Savona , of Juventus, very capable defender who can play right across the back, WH have allowed Bournemouth to jump in front, and hesitance has now crept in, why, ? story is Sullivan now unsure, about backing Potter in this window, maybe not suprising? in the current circumstances, there is no way Sullivan can be happy, with situation as it is

Was the Juve player one of Potters choices for the rebuild?
Much as I am not a potter fan, the whole reason we have this muppet is because Sullivan insisted on getting the previous muppet. God only knows how or who they are going to find the next manager. I expect BFS will be making sure phone isn’t on silent.

Because we like to have a good old "ponder, mull, consider, debate, think about every single transfer and then haggle over the price, that's why.
Nothing quite like a transfer window without a West Ham long drawn out epic that lasts all summer only to fall flat on its ass with a week to go.
And the fact we are not being beaten to players by the likes of Bournemouth speaks VOLUMES

Yes, to that question Hammer D, but despite all the ITK talk, looks like only the free agents , to pad out overall squad, are going ahead, not too much money involved there, nerves, are coming into play, Sullivan, unsure, what to do, does he stick or twist? Let’s all be fair here, what would any of us do, ? Do we keep Potter, and back him in the market, or does he go end of season?

As I said earlier Sullivan won't spend until he has cash coming in so I wouldn't expect any signings until late in the window whatever happens with potter

RedRobbo, Can’t sell so many, ( which is the intention ) and not buy, impossible, can’t be done, and if WH don’t buy early in window, we will be left adrift , with worse squad, than we have now, which points to relegation, we were more than fortunate, to have three absolute pony teams in premiership, I think we got out of jail this season, we may not be so lucky again

That may well be the case Joyful but history tells us we never act quickly in the transfer window, but when we are talking about selling our most talented players and with nothing really to attract decent replacements do you honestly think the squad will be better next year?

Keep potter and back him, , whatever manager comes in will want his own players so why not potter, get a f**king grip guys

I wasn't actually talking about potter more in general, but as you've brought it up he is clueless in getting the best out of what he has inept tactics and team selections have sent us tumbling down the league, I've seen nothing in the half a season he's been here to make me think he will be successful, I've read things about phycology which is a joke it's every managers job to motivate a team something potter can't do, I actually think we have a core of decent players before the fire sale in the summer happens that could be top 8 if played in the correct formation with the correct tactics buy again potter has failed with that, results speak for themselves Stevie no other manager gets a free pass because he hasn't changed the whole squad so no should potter if we carry on with this failed experiment we will be in the bottom 3 and potter will be gone by Xmas leaving us with yet another rebuild needed

No, can’t see it, in that sense, BUT there is an oppurtunity here, depending on courage, to field a team of people that want to make the grade, players who can’t get a look in elsewhere, Chelsea have 20 of them, younger players ignored at top teams etc, I’m sure you get the drift, depends which direction WH take, if-we start bringing in 32 year olds, we might stay up, but we will get nowhere, and just defer the present problems
