just read we are looking to bring hugill back which allows us to loan chicha out with a fee for the summer is this true eds?

I really would be very happy to see us bring Hugill back, I personally never thought the lad was given a chance, 15 minutes away at Brighton! When we signed him I read several good write ups about him, Glen Hoddle had seen or worked with him and as a 17 year old thought he looked really good and a future Premiership player? He has scored from 12 yards, AC couldn’t score from 2 yards🤣😂 ⚒⚒⚒.

Yeah, always quite liked him and never really had a chance. Give him a couple of months, play him and see how he does. Worst case he is awful and gets sold end of season but can call himself a prem player.

{Ed002's Note - I am not sure what you mean by "anything going on". They don't want to sell AM before the summer but are aware he could be disruptive and don't want that. If he were to leave they would need a replacement lined up first. A CM player is still wanted.}

I saw that first reporting from Sky Italia and now on the Skysports site, what I can not see is any mention of a transfer fee!
Im unsure a player is allowed to agree terms with another club if under contract and not been given permission by his club to do so. Unless WH have given him permission!
Mike any news on this?

Hi Eds hopes all is well, was just wondering who is interested and who is tracking josh maja? looks a good prospect although still young and in lower divisions but best place to gain experience I would imagine. thanks mate.

no big deal but just feels abit disappointing. i said at early in the window i think we are going to fall short here. still got time and would love haller/ werner/ kean etc but can't see anyone like that heading to us. we can't just have chica as we don't play to his needs can't hold to ball up and just gave up a bit to easily. i don't know where we go from here. i'd like to know eds opinion if they were in this situation who they would have their eyes on upfront and who would be affordable and who would be a viable option? cheers.
