I’d say there’s zero chance of us signing Gomez in this window. Squad needs some major additions in the summer as we replace Masuaka, Obiang, Carroll, Hernandez and Perez as a minimum.

I’d take him on loan, good competition for Fabianski. Needs to rebuild his confidence but is fundamentally a good keeper.

Antonio really is a shadow of the player he was a couple of seasons ago. Also, his lack of technique shows up even more when playing centrally. Really need Hernandez or Carroll fit when Arnautovic isn’t available.

It was 7% until sometime last year when I believe it went down to 3% or 4%. The 7% was a very healthy return for what was a relatively low risk investment.
