What a shocking performance today. Carroll is abysmal and has no rights to call himself a footballer. Toothless pathetic show against a team. ghats lost 11 of last 14. Wtf was Pellegrini doing whilst this crap was going on. If ever we needed a performance to show how badly we need quality strikers this was it. Sell the lot and start again.

We were creating chances with a lot of possession around the area but having Carroll in the side is counter productive. He literally doesn’t move, so no matter how much build up play you do. you won’t achieve anything with him. I’d rather have seen silva start up front, lots of pace and will run his socks off and fit into our style of play!

That chance Carroll missed was an absolute howler. Shocking performance from him. Get him out.

You know when you have to look for positives the one I took from it from a personal perspective is I expected right to the end that we might still get something from it. Well right up till the second goal. I think the fact even with losses I don’t have that ‘here we go again’ feeling as soon as the other team scores must come but for something and that perhaps you can see we are going in the right direction but are just a few players short of what we need to be 6th or so. I wonder if others have those same feelings during games now that they perhaps once didn’t have?

I totally agree yesterday was only time I felt we wouldn't get back mostly due to Carroll being inept but it's a great feeling having faith though out the game I feel we are a top midfielder, striker and lanzini away from being top 7 consistently with hopes of pushing the top 6.
