So according to rumours we are possibly looking to sell some of our best young players. For many years now we have been a selling club. We have been told by the Chairman that this new West Ham are going to compete with the top teams in the Premiership. That is why we had to move to a much bigger stadium, that was the main reason for the stadium move. So it now sounds ridiculous that we may be off loading our best young players, is as expected the ground move sheer greed for more money from a 60,000 capacity? If we believe the Chairman and he is true to his word then we will not be selling our best young players. And by the way Rise was magnificent again last night, why the delay in his new contract?

Quina refused a new contract, and spent his time agitating and moaning, OK what other players do we intend to sell ? please remember it is all a matter of judgement, not many youngsters make the eventual grade and WH would be among the first to recognise talent within instead of spending huge sums buying talent in anybody worth there salt will get a chance, don’t forget WH have picked up a few youngsters that were not wanted elsewhere!
