If ever the saying beat before you start is trueful then this was it and it has to be the manager to drum into the players about professionals getting paid vast sums of money and saying to the SUPPORTERS screw you this lot are too good yes that is true but come on don't give us supporters the ammo to fire the gun but I'm sorry I keep saying it's about money but majority of our team should give the supporters their money back because Saturday wasn't acceptable by a long chalk and if they think they did themselves justice then they are at the wrong club because they won't be able to go hiding we are so use to this crap. COYI.

I am amazed that we are still at the heady height position of 13th! If it was about points for effort or lack of it or points for most underachieving highest paid players in the Premiership, we would be firmly in the bottom 3 if not rock bottom! When I see on MOTD the effort put in by teams that are all within grasp of us it makes me very angry that many players have been allowed to continue on staggeringly lucrative contracts underperforming or not performing at all! Palace were terrific against ManU and should have won, Brighton, Huddersfield, Watford, Wolves, Bournemouth, Leicester, to name several, make us look a shambles for effort!

Maybe I am being overcritical, yes we have played some really good stuff so far, but we are so inconsistent that it is not acceptable in my view! Why persevere with Hernandez, Antonio, to name 2 that seem fit enough to play, if that’s the best we can put out, I am almost ashamed, they are NOT Premiership standard, it’s embarrassing to play substandard players at this level. Luckily I don’t have a season ticket so can be selective in when I go, but don’t intend even being selective for the foreseeable future!
