Lots of talk today about Arnie leaving in January.

Where would our goals come from?

Mike, is that a little ray of hope you’re offering? If it’s not in January, it’s inevitable it will be in the close season surely? unless we suddenly start to escalate up the table and win something which seems unlikely?

Hi Chelms if he's going to go it would have to be in January IMO and if it doesn't happen then we will have a player on our books who's heads been well and truly turned and not putting It all in and we don't need that I'd be gutted if he goes but we want top dollar if he does and spend it wisely as we should get 3 very good players for the sale of ARNIE that's really ruined my week and Christmas if this happens in January lol all jokes aside life's too short to let this bother us but it's a close thing losing your best player lol. COYI.

I know you can’t believe all you read, but apparently his brother is his agent who he trusts implicitly, his brother states, “29 is the best age to move on” (for obvious reasons” he needs to be playing at the top level, not battling in a club with relegation problems” etc etc, so he’s going whatever happens, on BBC text today it states “WH will block any January move for him” take that with a pinch of salt as it’s possibly done to increase any bids!

Whatever happens will happen, but Arnie in my view is hiding behind his brother on this situation, he should face the media and admit, yes it is about money and ambition! We were hardly potential Champion League contenders when we signed him!
