I am surprised to see zip in the way of registered activity after the first 3 weeks of transfer window. I know we have signed some great players but I can’t hel feeling it’s going to be a bit of an anticlimax to the transfer window with less than sod all going on. Lots of hear say but nothing solid. Am I the only ungrateful git on here? 😂😂😂.

COYI64, I am honestly staggered by your comment as I am sure other posters on the site will be? I thought at first you were joking😂Sorry but I think you have named yourself quite correctly to be honest, at least you’ve saved other posters calling you that😂😂😂, I could understand you maybe commenting on the incoming transfers, but this is unprecedented in the quality we have bought in, 7 potential really good signings! Nearly all done and dusted with maybe a couple of exceptions👠If we had left it later in the window, you would have been moaning that we could only get the “left oversâ€. I think all us âš’ fans should be proud of the way our club has responded in the transfer market so early, especially to the board that have reacted to all the past criticisms from supporters of non player investmentðŸ‘👠COYI âš’âš’ Thank you to everybody at the club for all the work and effort put in, hip hip hoorayðŸ‘😄ðŸ‘😄 from a very Happy Hammerâš’âš’âš’.

COYI not trying to jump on the band wagon but come on mate . after the previous windows which the word ZIP could have be used with meaning, we were out of the blocks and got players in. even if nothing else does happen ( which I doubt) I don't think we can say its all been an anti climax.
If the scenario was different and all the players we have signed were staggered over the window and not clumped together so to speak would you have the same opinion?

I think my point was this and was potentially misleading. I am MORE than happy with our current signings and as a WH fan haven’t seen a window quite like it. However, after the flurry of transfer activity and signings in first 3-4 weeks of window that was an exciting time for all of us as this was clearly unprecedented we can all see that another DM is potentially required right? And perhaps one more CB?
This is a common thread amongst many of the posts I have read. My comments on my previous post was “tongue in cheek†but with Mawson on move to Fulham and no DM player currently on our “serious†or “confirmed†radar the last couple of weeks have been a bit dormant (or so it would seem) after the first 3-4 weeks - am I wrong? I think we all are sitting and reading this website and it’s pists at least 3 times a day hoping to read confirmed news on a DM for instance who we are aggressively pursuing in earnest. So far, nothing yet. I am also aware that we need to shift some players first before we can start splashing the cash again, so that’s it back of my mind.
Feel free to all jump on the bandwagon again and slate me lads. But when you or I read posts that have the following emojis in them (😂😂😂😂) like my previous post, generally I don’t get on my high horse and encourage a crucifixion.
Lastly, I like the rest of you value and in the main take what Ironmike says about transfers as as close to the truth as it can possibly be. However, I don’t just jump on bandwagon with him serve as his attack dog just because he either never read my post properly, potentially misinterpreted my post because it was maybe poorly written or because he just doesn’t agree with my post. Check his name, it says Ironmike not Jesus Christ. Climb out of his proberbial and read my posts properly and try to understand yhr context of them or the humour they are intended to convey.
Enough said. I await your barrage of condemnation. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜.
