Lads spurs fan in peace, last night when they said on tv that there was a big signing at West ham and I laughed at the purchase Hughill from Preston. The board are taking the mick out of your fans with cheap buys like that as you only after look at spurs bringing in moura for 25 mill, aubameyang to Arsenal for 65 mill and giroud to Chelsea for 18 mill and are all top class players. You boys have a massive following and will be paying top dollar to watch west ham games and the board are repaying you with buys like that. Everything is in place for west ham to be a champions league club with the stadium, fanbase etc it's your board who have zero ambition.

Well I am happy with the events of the last few months:
1 We are now mid table and should avoid the drop
2 We have an excellent manager
3 He has an experienced assistant in Stuart Pearce
4 We have sold on Ayew and Sakho
5 We have unearthed Declan Rice
6 The manager called back young loan player. These and other youngsters have been given a run and it has established that none of them are currently Premier League quality at this moment.
7 Instead of hanging onto them some have gone back on loan. I assume to be sold or returned to the fold for next season
8 Money has not been wasted on more of the same as the last few windows.
9 A few of the senior players who were not contributing are now getting some form back.
10 If what we read is correct Moyes is bringing discipline back to the club and with a higher level ion fitness.
11 Mpyes has sorted out the goalkeeping situation with Adrian rightfully back and I assume we will not have Hart next season.
12 Fonte is back from injury so we have more options at the back and more cover.

So as I say I am a contented hammer and look forward to a much better season in 18/ 19.

Where is the investment the board promised
us
I agree we do look fitter and play more of a
team under Moyes but the board have not
stuck by their word of moving us to the next
level if results go against us this weekend we
could be closer to bottom 3 than mid table.

Syd, I am with you on this entirely, but I feel very sorry for many of the posters on this sight who are so passionate, they fork out for season tickets, travel to away games, they are hardcore supporters and are fuming at the lack of investment by the board😠 I no longer go very frequently now since moving to Chelmsford and age creeping along now (73) but like most of us fans W, H. Is in my blood⚒⚒
There are things in life you can’t change as much as you want them to, so it’s not good for your health to let it get to you! I personally feel as you do, we will be ok hopefully, but even more money spent on transfers is no guarantee! Just a shame Slav seemed to have a sloppy laid back attitude that certain players took advantage of and he should have gone a lot quicker than he did. Trouble is all Premiership Managers and players are millionaires, so all this pressure business is b———-. do they care about being sacked, of course not, same as the board, loadsamoney £££££££. ⚒⚒⚒⚒⚒⚒.

You are 75 percent correct but not 100 massive part of WH problem is we are paying high wages
Far too high for non performing players and far too high for a club outside the top six we are not getting value for mioney that’s the problem IRONMIKE.
