Manuel Shaarawy, the father of El Shaarawy talking to WH tomorrow, could be interested in move to WH, won't be cheap but what is? A lot better than what we have despite all the setbacks. ANDERSEN. The biggest of them ! WH still showing ambition. It's good to see IRONMIKE.

I see his name linked to us a few days ago Mike on another site, didn’t think much of it as I thought it was just gossip, good player, fingers crossed, let’s see what happens.

Mike what's the latest on Rice? We need to tie him down before he gets his head turned. Even seen a spurs website saying that they surely should make an offer, I couldn't bare that.

AL. WH asking for trouble the way they are messing about with Rice? None of us see the point in this, they are trying to make there new contract idea stick, very difficult to do, the player is not exactly being greedy, is he? I fully understand the fiscal side of things, but this is going down the wrong road altogether. IRONMIKE.

I know it doesn't work like this but RICE should be getting more money than the majority of the squad on ability and COMMITMENT alone what's your views Mike as very soon a bigger club than us is going to give him an offer he can't refuse because he's suprised me how far he's come since that Liverpool game he will be the next youngster called into the ENGLAND squad and that exposure will just improve his stock and we can only blame the board once again if he does leave as I think this kid is going to be a huge star. COYI.

Can’t do other than agree on all counts, eventually we will lose this player IF WH don't sort this out I feel they will however. IRONMIKE.

Mike I remember you mentioning about the wage policy we were trying to implement similar to that of Newcastle and Cardiff hardly a good blue print to follow are they? In theory it sounds good but could easily lead to getting stumped by other clubs not offering the same and Making us a less attractive proposition to many players. once that structure is in place if broken could seriously upset the apple cart. Ideally we need to get rid of the big earners that don't pull their weight not as simple as it sounds but a balancing act we could get with more successful transfer windows.

Yes going to be very difficult to implement this structure, whilst the majority of clubs havnt, but the wage bill is enormous, which is one thing, and certain players are getting paid for nothing which is a major hinderance , I understand both sides it’s getting the balance right which is the problem. IRONMIKE.
